ALEX CARUSO!
Joe Ingles has been on a winner every year in the league. He is a glue player who helps the bench and in the locker room. Jazz really blew it by not signing him back. I guarantee that if he was on this team which lacks leadership that the Jazz would have a 500 record or better right now!
Speaking of first round picks who haven’t panned out… I think Jazz should try and get Deni Avdija from the Wizards. He’s a big ball handler and a good defender who really hasn’t gotten a real chance to playmake because he played with Beal, Westbrook and now Kuzma/Poole. He could be a real steal.
Taylor Hendrix is the next al Harrington.
George is the next dejaunte…and ochai is the next Desmond Bane.
Dave I totally agree it is so much easier to do this type of year together!! I too think its fine until I watch the games and then get back to these stats and can keep the big picture in view.
The worst part of the Mike Conley trade is that we solved Minnesota’s biggest problem. We turned them into a proper team.
We got a pick from the lakers, but we missed out on another lottery pick in the biggest sweeps stakes in recent history by helping minny make it to the playoffs.
Mike is a champion.
Markkanen is a free agent after next season, we value him more than the rest of the league does. Why would he want to resign with us and waste his prime on losing teams. We probably offer more money… but I have a hard time believing he will resign after next year. Kind of makes him available.
