A team that doesn’t have shooters but shoot 3s a lot
You keep seeing this shit from Darko and the FO (even Nurse when he was here) and I’m confused.
Nobody is asking them to win every single night? But you can’t have a team full of aging free agents and no picks and STILL be in such an inconsistent state with a rocky-at-best future. People would be fine with the losses if there was at least development to show for it, but Gradey got inconsistent PT with the team when he was here, now he’s in the GL when he *could* be getting consistent mins against real competition. But it’s more important to play Precious and McDaniels, I guess? And Scottie doesn’t exactly have the right talent to support his development either. It’s a miracle he got to where he is without any kind of competent shooting besides OG.
Fucks’ sake. Somebody needs to communicate that they at least understand all this because it feels like nobody in the org does. It would be a hell of a lot easier to find out “what team we want to be” if the roster made any sort of sense

Darko has good intentions. And it’s early still. But he seems like an excellent player development coach, who is trying to instill an offense that Nurse already knew wasn’t possible with this roster.
They have an identity…They’re a poor shooting team with too many wings, not enough guards, poor spacing, and lack of depth
That’s literally their identity…we don’t just get to make up out identity LOL like I can just pretend that I’m a Brain Surgeon because that’s what I want to be…WTF lol
