I agree with the defense part but the offense part makes sense with our injuries.
I mean 11th ranked offense I wouldn’t say is mediocre and is way better than bottom 6 offense they had last year.

The defense tends to look awful which is bizarre considering the personnel. Jimmy and Bam are elite defenders. Josh Richardson and Highsmith are also very good. Caleb and Jaime are no slouches. Lowry’s also good though undersized which is often a problem for mismatches. Duncan and Herro are improved. Love is a nice team defender. It just doesn’t make sense to me.

Consider how injured we are I still like this heat tham comapred to last year lol, last year was literally scrapping by game by game, this year without herro/bam/or jimmy sometimes can still put up 110 pts lol, our defense can be better tho, hoping itll pick up
Next week we havec two games. Hopefully this time next week we get bam and herro back so we can get our 23 and 10 defensive anchor and our best combo guard. Them coming back and getting reps will fix a lot of issues I assume
jimmy out there acting like he didn’t only start trying once the pacers took a big lead lol. think it was a flukey loss though but that center depth is concerning. like running k love at the five is unfortunately looking like the best option. i just don’t like orlando robinson at all, such low defensive iq. puts up 17 and allows 30+.
Well at least he’s honest about it. Now I wonder if he feels any sort of way about not having participated in training camp/preseason and starting out like dogshit himself. He’s ramping up now but those first 5 games were costly for us as far as standings. Plus the games he’s missed because “personal reasons” or “my hair hurts/my teeth itch/my bones are cold”.
We’re better than mediocre. We’re a “good” team not a “great” team. Injuries killing us
