   If that’s true, Tatum was absolutely ejected because the ref wanted to show him his balls were bigger.

   The refs are soft as hell but the NBA is sports entertainment and they rightly realize a certain amount of this bs helps sell the product

   I think that was after he was ejected, Bill Kennedy apparently told the other refs to “get him out of here” hence the double ejection.
