  1. Booker fouled reaves before the timeout. Slow motion replay shows austin has his left hand and leg on the ball which counts as possession when the timeout was called. Even if you push those to aside the replay shows the ball is going out of bounds im not sure allen even saves the ball and it would of been lakers ball anyways. Yall making a big deal over nothing. Keep crying 😃

  2. Is it me or BOOKER commited 20 fouls in this game. I give him credit for effort but damn he cannot guard without fouling. And for the record the SUNS got away with so many none calls in this game.

  3. Not a soul has said anything about the kick ball and the and 1 where Grayson Allen wasn’t touched. How bout Booker play better in a big game for once instead of bitching about calls. The better team won. Also the ball was recovered out of bounds by Allen. The L2M report also said Booker kicked the ball that made it go loose

  4. You call it a flop but if you look at it AR is at a complete stop bends and bookers momentum drives him into him.. that is the same thing players do when they drive past players and stop to shoot causing the defender to fall over their back so same thing. Also the ball rolls out when the suns player touches it and booker kicks the ball back out
We can’t claim it’s not kick ball b/c there’s no intention b/c they always call that from passes

  5. The ending of that game WAS SHAMEFUL by the refs to allow a member of a team to call a time out WHEN U DON'T HAVE THE BALL!!! UTTERLY RIDICULOUS PARTISAN 100%

  6. The most glaring problem is they don’t use ad without Lebron.when Lebron not out there and ad is it looks like people just look him off. If he do get a touch he has like 4-2 seconds to score. You can see when Lebron gets in he immediately try’s to get ad points. If and when Lebron retires and the lakers want to build with ad they need to figure that out

  7. Lebron was calling for TO verbally before he used his hands. Also KD fouled Lebron on a shot at 42 seconds left and should have gotten his 6th foul

  8. Spent the entire time talking about the Lakers…said he’s not going to spend too much time cause he’s doing a deep dive in a couple days. Bro you do deep dives on the Lakers weekly.

Really good basketball mind, I haven’t been watching much of your content recently because you truly only focus on Lakers and Warriors.

  9. Mailbag question: Jason, It seems like teams are using less and less drawn up plays in favor of reading and reacting out of high P&R. What’s your opinion on this offensive shift? Also is it more beneficial to teach players to read & react over having tons of drawn up plays?

  10. NBA Refs suck this year, but nobody got robbed! After the Defensive pressure on Reaves at the end, the ball rolled off of Booker's leg & went OUT OF BOUNDS before Grayson got to it, anyway! Would've been Lakers' ball, either way. So even if the timeout doesn't get called, the ball is still out, last-touched by the Suns. Why are so-called "experts" not mentioning this? Look at the clip again.

  11. Fans only focus on last nights game which is insane given the length of the season, can’t listen to most ppl they only want to mimic talking heads 😂

  12. First you said Cam reddish was a "bad defender" before the season started..now you claim he has "offensive limitations"..Smh casual 🙄

  13. Mailbag question: what do you think of Knicks trading for a star like one of the clippers stars. It feels like both teams would benefit. One needs quality role players, and another a star. Do you think these type of trades can be good or is the team trading for the star always the winner of the trade?

  14. Big OOF at the opening of this video. The refs made the right call. Reaves still had possession when timeout was called.

Look at the Pool Report, per Crew Chief Josh Tiven: "During live play the official felt that LA still had possession of the ball when LeBron James requested the timeout. Through postgame video review in slow motion replay, we did see that Austin Reaves had his left hand on the ball while it’s pinned against his left leg, which does constitute control."

So they looked at it post-game in slow motion replay and still concluded it was the right call.

  15. Mailbag- recently, within a couple of episodes, there was an excellent question regarding Klay Thompson and what more he can bring to the table concerning his peer Steph and all he brings to the Warriors. Your answer rubs me wrong, mainly because I hold your opinion with high remarks; however, you responded that we (as basketball enthusiasts) need to leave Steph and all the greats alike as a sort of anomaly compared to the rest of the league. I'm afraid I have to disagree. If anything, we, as fans, should expect MORE. I believe that because of the leniency we afford players, we now receive consequences like poor effort on a night out performance from certain players who I will leave unnamed; we allow children in the NBA who wield weapons ON SOCIAL MEDIA thinking it's hysterical because of this leniency we allow less than desirable players to come into the league and take spots of more deserving candidates. The whole frame regarding how we accumulate more talent in the league needs to be more strenuous, thereby blossoming the league's integrity and raising the ceiling of the NBA to all-new competitive heights. Wouldn't you agree?

  16. Mailbag question: Hey Jason, do you think it's possible that the NBA intentionally tries to make the IST games close and consequently more interesting in order to draw attention to the tournament and promote it? It's not hard for the refs to subtly impact the momentum of games by calling soft fouls in favor of a trailing team, giving a tight whistle to a team that has the upper hand, etc.

For example, it was hard to ignore the difference in officiating De'Aaron Fox in the Wolves game (where the Kings were pulling away) and the Warriors game (where the Warriors had a big lead), both by eye test and result (6 ft vs 17 ft). As one of the leading scorers off drives, Fox consistently faces a lot of contact, but it's only a foul if the refs call it…

  17. It obvious thay you dont like cam reddish. If cam had the green light austin has, he'd be way more effective offensively. Austin ball handling make me nervous at times. Cam can navigate to the bucket at ease. Austin is better at set threes but history shows cam's shooting is good off the dribble.

  18. Rui gets a bad rap. He can defend with his wingspan. Just keeps getting on the floor without AD most of the time. Your judging him off of last season. Were Reaves and DLO. Couldn't keep their mam in front of them.

  19. 15 to's in the first half and took 24 less shot attempts and lost by 3 without their 3rd best player. I'd say the Suns are fine.

  20. Now that the world can see Harden is not a top tier player, Booker is the most overrated player in the league.

  21. It makes no sense trading DLO for a 3 n d wing when he is 1 of our few playmakers plus he gets the ball to AD which AR doesn’t do often enough
