It’s one thing when a team is just outright playing better than you, but the Pelicans gave up in this game so early.

Absolute pathetic effort after the 1st Quarter.

  2. simon2105

We missed out on 20 seasons of game 7 level Lebron in December, we were ROBBED!

  3. This was the most competitive IST West semifinals in Vegas Golden Knights history.

  4. FeminismIsTheBestIsm

Genuine question. If a billionaire offered LeBron $1m for every regular season game he won, could he beat the Warriors 73-9 record?

  5. EatDeeply

Questions have to be raised about Zion. Doesn’t seem like he wants to win.

  6. Vencrest

The Lakers are +121 in point differential in 6 games this In-Season Tournament. Dominant run on the way to the IST Championship.

  7. ephemeralfugitive

Pelicans 100% went out partying in Vegas last night lmao

  8. Human_mind

This headline isn’t accurate enough for what we just watched.

  9. PretendDubs

Nba fucked up neutral site Lakers are the greatest team of all time.

  10. completely embarrassing game from zion… i am completely out on him no potential. not a winning player

  11. Triiiple_Threat

That 4th quarter was basically a special edition of Who He Play For.

  12. AstroCoffee

Zion Williamson really said “I live for moments like that” ahead of the IST elimination games and proceeded to drop back-to-back stinkers

Pels have a good thing going and will be in the playoffs this year, health allowing, but Zion has to be much better for them to actually make any real noise

  13. Nothing2Chere00

Pacer fan here. Congrats laker fans. Get ready to run.

  14. -Coleman-Trebor

If you told anyone on this subreddit 4 years ago that 38 year old LeBron would still be outplaying Zion you’d get clowned on.

  15. CaLiKiNG805

This team is night and day defensively now that our wings are healthy. The last two games the defense still looked good while AD was out which has been insanely rare for years now

  16. The desert is no place to be for a water bird…

  17. JJ_The_JetpIane

LeBron needs to seriously be in the MVP discussion

  18. Macdaddy4prez

Full quarter of garbage time. You love to see it

  19. waynehead310

Someone needs to tell the Lakers the point differential doesn’t matter anymore

  20. jacobythefirst

    Asswhooping happens in the NBA

But it’s a god damn disgrace and embarrassing on national tv in a elimination game

Zion needs to check his god damn ego and actually improve as a player and stop being fucking lazy and stagnating (if not outright regressing) as a NBA player who is 23

  21. k1ngkoala

    AD +35, Lebron +36, Reddish +31

    That’s just insane

  22. AsianJimmer

Bron winning the Vegas crowd for the team he will own and build in the future.

  23. Mysterious-Part-8443

23 year old Zion getting outpaced by LeBron at 39 is objectively hilarious

  24. Jumpy_Distribution96

The Lakers seem to have too much depth in this season. If their coach can keep the majority pleased and in form with his rotation, I would consider them top tier challengers (that’s my superficial approach, don’t eat me, I don’t keep up that much). The good thing is that guys like Hachimura and Reaves seem as motivated as tonight’s starters, despite seeming like they have to fight from the beginning for some game time (I guess other players could interpret this as disrespect, as if the franchise didn’t appreciate their effort and contribution in last season’s great run?). Probably LeBron’s reputation ensures meritocracy.

  25. Farter22

That BI/Zion press conference question about what to do with 100k in Vegas hits different now

  26. DarkPalkion

30/5/8 in 22 mins and 12 shots what the fuck

  27. _Wado3000

Tyrese Haliburton is the same age as Zion, and a few years younger than BI. He just beat Giannis and Dame, with no other all star player on his team.

He came to play. He was **serious**. Our guys had a complete lack of seriousness, and Bron is playing some of his best basketball in years at fucking 39.

It **sucks** when the world sees you as unserious and you prove them right. Desperately hoping we grow from this embarrassment at every level.

  28. raven_pat

I can already hear the “InSeasonTournament doesnt count” if the lakers win the finals.
