I know I’m in the minority, but I think in 3 years, Jabari will be “the guy” on our team.
I feel like if he had the green light like Jalen does, he’d be a totally different player. In college he was a tough shot maker and would shoot off the dribble most of the time. He was the guy on his team. His role completely changed coming to the rockets. It’s obvious why he struggled so much.
We don’t need him to be Kevin Garnett. We just need him to be efficient and to be the plus defender and rebounder he’s shown he can be.
