Siakam is not a 2 way player, dude is cooked on defense
Only og would make sense
Trade OG for Nemhard and sign Siakam to max. Build around Scottie and Pascal and have Nemhard run the point.

If Masai and Bobby don’t pull the trigger then somebody needs to make some changes in the front office. This is the easiest possible move they can pull off, and they’re not in a position to be picky about the return.
What a coincidence! It’s almost as if the Raptors have this exact player archetype in abundance…..
Perfect world, I want Masai to go after these packages
1. Indiana receive: Siakam and Precious
Toronto receive: Nembhard, Brown, Mathurin and a FRP or replace Mathurin with Walker and 2 FRP
2. Sacramento receive: Siakam and Precious
Toronto receive: Keegan Murray and Barnes with a FRP (or drop the pick and just snag Keegan)
3. GSW: OG, Porter and Flynn
Toronto: Kuminga, Moody and CP3 with 2 FRP
I know the likelihood is low as teams will play hard ball with the notion that they have a better chance signing our guys in the offseason but, Toronto can also switch things up and tell them there’s no guarantees that Siakam or OG will even entertain them without actually having played for them. Not to mention Masai can double down and tell teams that he can and will match any offers for Siakam and OG (more as a I’d rather overpay and trade later than let you get them for nothing).
Can’t wait for the raptors to trade Siakam. He deserves to be on a contender.
All the raptors fans will begin to shift their blame to Scottie/OG once he’s gone
January 15th is the earliest you should be worrying about trades
This is a dream scenario, but you won’t get the best offer for either unless you engage multiple teams. They need the Warriors to continue to scuffle along because they are also a natural landing spot and maybe a few others like OKC who might just want to go all in now (they will have to pay Giddey and he is looking less and less like a part of their future and that was before the allegations).
Teams like the Kings seem to be clicking so can’t see them putting Murray up in a deal, while the Grizzlies are so far out that they may want to punt on this season rather than give up assets.
Every single guy on this team not named Scottie barnes should be made available and moved for young players and/or picks.
Hand the keys over to the kid, let’s see if he has what it takes to lead a franchise. Anything else is a waste of time, and I hate wasting time.
