Rebuild around Steph with JK, Moodey and the new starting rookie
Moses moody should start over BP in my opinion the warriors are desperate to have a great start and our defense has been preventing that.
Would you try TJD or Saric over loon in the starting lineup
What's up Cy, joining the party late tonight 😂
I would trade Wiggins and replace it with kuminga and more minutes for Moody
Draymond can close it (his fist, that is). #freestephcurry
Trade Wiggins for Pascal
Trade Wiggins to Washington so he can hang out with his buddy. Jordan Poole
use moody more
If Dubs dont win, I just care for Steph to break all scoring records. I’m happy with him getting 60pts a night. If he does that, he’s guaranteed top3 all time. I’m resignd to Kerr’s inability to ditch small ball. Kerr wants small ball? Let Steph just shoot.
the starters are the Beatles in their last year–tired of each other and depressed and bored. I hate to say it, but…like others, I want Steph to shine. This team is holding him back. I'm suggesting the unthinkable–trade Steph . Steph would bring major players back to the Ws, and also first round draft picks. Maybe it's time to liberate Steph from this clearly disfunctional first unit. Time to move on to the youngsters who won't win a championship this year–but neither will the "Ws as currently constructed. Time to enjoy watching the development of the new Ws team with one or two BIG players that trading Steph could bring to this new team. Don't shoot me!
The nets just beat the suns dude
I feel like Wiggins doesn't have a love for the game like other players in the league that have a love and joy playing the game of basketball. Some guys love the game so much you can see guys maybe not even as physically gifted or talented as Wiggins but they're playing better. Brandon Podziemski comes to mind. What do you guys think?
Would Draymond punching Jordan have to do with Wiggins struggling?
Thank you Cy
Warriors are DONE…
Time for Warriors to be blown up to salvage Steph Curry's chance at a 5th ring with a real contending championship team.
Wasted the Wiseman pick when it could have been traded for a WELL-KNOWN and PROVEN center in Myles Turner and Poole/picks traded for Siakam following the Championship win.
Yes … The cost would be astronomical but would have been for 2022/2023/2024…
Now, Warriors got NOTHING!
Old and one man ready to be sent to a sanitarium…
Kerr has been exposed as being a Clown…
Please!
Blow it all up!
This is like watching torture pron…
To see Warriors just taking the Greatest shooter in history for granted is just…. a Warriors thing, tradition.
WARRIORS ARE FINISHED!
death lineup… future hof… light years… hubris
The solution is obvious, however it is going to be painful. The Dubs need to tray Steph. The need to let Klay walk. Trade Wiggs and Draymond. Build around Moody, Pods, and Kuminga. Add draft picks or identify a young star that could be had.
If Wiggins is fixable, we should keep him. If his head is lost, then he should retire, and we take the L. I would not trade no one.
Has anyone considered the Wiggs is pissed that Poole was traded? They were very close.
Wiggins needs to be traded for a scorer or two way player and looney needs to be traded for another big man
We will end up trading for Lauri or Siakiam
First they need a new coach that knows how to develop rookies and utilize bigs because Kerr is just too stubborn with his small ball and hates for the bigs
Getting a big for rebounding has never been the need, it'd be helpful, but we need a deterrent at the rim. Someone to make the opposition think twice about driving to the hoop. During the 2016 Finals it's always Draymond and the suspension, but it's never talked about that Lebron and Kyrie took over when Bogut got injured and we lost our rim protection…(and Iggy was hampered by back spasms and we lost our Finals MVP) We have the Iggy replacement in GP2 for on ball, but we've never replaced Bogut very well. Didn't Paul George say the game plan is just relentlessly attack the rim.
One frustrating issue is Steve Kerr’s unwillingness to use the data/results he has to make adjustments and at least reduce minutes for the vets that have been objectively bad, and let younger guys like TJD, Moody & Kuminga have a larger role is preventing us from seeing what they have or don’t have and what move needs to be made. Podge is playing plenty (which is ok) but Looney has been bad aside from some of his rebounding, so I’d like to see TJD play. I don’t even know IF all the young guys will be better, but it’s at least likely they will improve, where the older vets are declining- and even if they can still contribute, they are not going to magically start playing like they did 3-5 years ago.
The other major issue – which also has to do with coaching, is the terrible lack of defense. Some of it is poor effort at times, but there is still decent defensive effort from several guys. It’s just looking like Steve Kerr’s deficiencies were greatly covered up by his assistants who are now gone. Whether it’s terrible lineups, refusing to admit certain vets are not the players they used to be, or the lack of development & opportunities for the young guys… OR – if it’s the non existent defensive improvement, I have to wonder how this can happen with so many assistant coaches. Has Kerr become a dictator where no other voices are heard, or are all the coaches just that bad? Whatever you think about this team, they should be much better than their record shows.
The Warriors used to be an amazing TEAM that was greater than the sum of its parts – and now they are underachieving by a large margin.
Is Andrew suffering from Depression maybe?
Hey cy! Was wondering if you heard anything about the dubs still trying to trade kuminga? Have things changed recently?
I've been following NBA and Warriors for a long time and this is the worst I've seen an NBA team have so much issues. Whatever this sideshow is the worst and very exhausting to watch. Whatever happened to the team that won 4 championships in the last 9 years. What a chaotic organization is it now. They seem to forget how to make sound decisions. It makes you not want to watch this team.
Steve Kerr and Dunleavy need to have private meetings with each individual player and find out if there are any underlying problems or issues. Explain the role that they are expected to fill and listen to any opinions or ideas that each player may have to figure out how this team can win games. A lineup change is good but may not solve all the problems, especially on the defensive side. Maybe this just isn't the Warriors time anymore and the dynasty is over.
