They didnt play Poeltl very much in the 4th and they paid the price for it. He's the second most valuable piece, after scottie, to this team so he needs to play at least 30 mins a game.
Your team didn't play with pace Darko because your little friend Dennis does not play with pace. Dennis is not a starting point guard in this league. When are you going to bench him Darko? And Masai, when are you going to trade him?
When Darko had his introductory press conference I tuned out his grating voice after the first 5 minutes. Seems like the players have tuned him out like Detroit is Monty Williams’ religious sermons.

Poor game by the team both offensively and defensively. Didn't make shots. Starting lineup collectively made 4 threes the entire game. Rebounding was atrocious.
This team needs to stay focused. And understand that they can beat anyone. If the guys play their role. Siakim needs to avg at least 9 reb for this team to work. Scottie needs to be able to run and that starts on the boards. Dennis is a great playmaker cutting through and dishing the ball he needs to play that way. Less one on one and more ball movement. If your half court run a play to start motion. The guys need to focus free throws, turnovers, reb are all based on focus. This team is better than they notice
It was a tough night tonight. The raptors fans appreciate the different rotations Darko tried but our players lack speed and coordination which lead to turnovers and less rebounds. We need to bring the free throw % up and reduce turn overs. The fans want to see more McDaniels and Dick to get more reps. Once they have the confidence they will become better bench mob assets. The fans wants Siakam to get the max contract. He is too valuable to lose.

The problems here are DORKO & SHROEDER, including the lack of spacing that Poeltl creates by default. There were no set plays ran tonight for your star player: Pascal. I won’t continue to write about this, because the coach/writer from Tru-Hoops stated all the issues perfectly during an interview on Yahoo Sports Canada with Will Lou. OG continues to be inconsistent, especially against these smaller teams. Dorko’s rotations and defensive schemes (?) are absolutely atrocious. This shows easily, because Toronto should have manhandled ATL & CHA, but struggled and lost. You folks who are clueless about basketball, stop saying that Siakam is the problem!

The Raptors need to want it more. That's what rebounding is all about. They're a big team, so they need to be a lot better in that area.

This season is gonna be very hard because darko is in his first year as head coach but we just gotta be patient . I think they will figure it out
