The #ChicagoBulls lost a tough one to the #MiamiHeat tonight but #Kap says the #Bulls continue to play well without #ZachLevine. The Bulls had a chance to take the lead late, but #JimmyButler grabbed a defensive rebound and then hit the winning jumper as time expired.
But Kap took some good things out of the game. #PatrickWilliams scored 25 and hit 4 three-pointers. #CobyWhite Scored 22 and also hit 4 three-pointers. #DeMarDeRozan scored 27. The Bulls played hard and had a chance to win it but fell short.

No I'm sorry! I can't hold back! I agree with you, the BULLS battle tonight! But the reason they lost the lead in my OPINION IS BECAUSE OF DEMAR DEROZEN! PERIOD! These last few games they played since his return, he has played ISO/HERO BALL! He's the reason they're losing leads IN MY OPINION! Kobe White has stepped up as the guy! Demar in my opinion is about his STATS! I DON'T BELIEVE HE GIVES A DAMN ABOUT WINNING! So when teams come back on the BULLS & Demar hits a shot to put them back up 2 or 3 & Stacy King goes " BANG BANG BANG, GIVES ME THE HOTSAUCE" GIVE ME A 5TH OF VODKA! Demar is the reason they lost the lead in the first place! He makes it harder than what it should be! Play him 3 periods & bench him in the 4th! Send Demar & Zac! Along with Alex C! He just can't say healthy for 5 minutes! I will try not to comment on this podcast again! I just couldn't hold back on this one!
Absolutely not! There is no more proof that the front office have earned Kap’s “the settlers” nickname than DeRozan being on the roster, should’ve been traded when his value was higher…same with Lavine. Extending him would be a big mistake.
I don’t want to hear the generic cliché BS about him being this unique and irreplaceable mentor that teaches guys how to be winners when he himself has been a losing player for almost 10yrs now. If we want a player to be a mentor then it should be someone on a vet minimum like Udonis Haslem was for Miami, or close to it like Thad Young when he was here. Bulls already paid DeMar more than anyone else was willing to once and we need to move on to whatever the next version of this team is, only guy I really want to keep around is Coby but even he shouldn’t be untouchable for the right price.
I think it's been a nice ride but it is time to cut the cords on DeRozan and Zach
It's team Management who decided the fate of DeMar. Bulls need younger player to compete and to develop.
Keep DeMar, I think it’s a bigger plus to keep them trade, the bulls struggle to find talent in the draft and off season. Who knows someone may have a trade that you can’t refuse for DeMar or we continue to grow and improve.
I would like to see Drummond get more minutes at the end of some games to help Rebound the basketball but other then that Williams and Coby was Solid even though they loss but on to the next one Go Bullssssssss!!!
If we cant get anything great back for Demar then extend him but beat it into his brain that he has to start playing team basketball til the end not superhero ball every final stretch!!!

Need to trade Lavine for a big strong power forward. I would love to trade for Pascal Siakam. I would consider resigning Demar at the right price.
I would love for DeRozan to spend the rest of his career as a Bull. He has hit clutch shots in key moments at end of games and has proven to be a scorer.

I would not extend DeRozan. Get rid of him and LaVine. He's not as basketball dumb as LaVine is, but he still gets in the way of the progress of younger guys. It drives me nuts to see this guy plowing through 2 or 3 defenders when there's open guys all over the court.
Simply put, DeMar is a good player, but he cost them this game at the end trying to ISO… Ball should have been moving around to seal the deal.

Love DeMar but the Bulls will be better off minus DeMar and plus a younger player that moves the ball around. The problem with Zack and DeMar is that they suck the air out of the room so to speak. DeMar should be traded IF they can get good return.

Just going to say it vooch is my least favorite type of center. Slow footed, weakest finishes around the rim, 0 rim protection, inconsistent range, he is scared to go for a rebound, and he puts up empty stats. If people ask me who is my least favorite bull I’d go with vuc he plays my favorite position and I hate his game my least favorite type of big a soft center that can’t even post up guards. He’s a shooting guard without the handles and the shot but he’s NOT a “big” 0 grit.

I feel like if they can get a decent return for Lavine (such as a couple solid role players and a pick), they might be more competitive and it might be good to keep DeRozan. When a game comes down to the last few minutes, Billy needs to keep running the offense, and not have DeRozan iso-ball. I think keeping DeRozan after a Lavine trade might not be bad, but I also wouldn't mind trading DeRozan if the offer is right
