“I can’t say he overreacted because that nigga gonna give me 65 next time he plays us.”
5:03 had me weak 😂
In other word, yes he overreact.
Honestly i have never heard ppl fighting for ball game in 70 years of NBA history, that being said that shenanigan wasn't necessary 😂😂
Please PG cappin mtcheewww…
NFL players do something similar. When rookies score their first TD they usually keep that ball
I’ll say Giannis definitely didn’t react dat way based on just dat moment but on his ramped up frustration from being constantly disprected by his peers even tho he’s a superstar nd not getting his well deserved nd earned respect
5:06 I'm deadd😂
Playoff P would have a different answer if it wasn’t the Indiana Pacers! When Giannis went to get the ball the Indi rep literally ran away from him like a child.
Cappin' P
P I know you aint never drop 64 in your fucking life but I promise you if you did & some unknown rookie got your game ball you’d fucking lose it too. Stop the cap.
5:02 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Yo people just tryna be controversial this is easy.
Bucks won
It’s was Buck’s at home
It was a franchise record
It was a career high.
Thats Greek’s ball.
If PG ever set a Clippers record and his career best in the same game he’d want some kind of memento too. The cap is too much.
Every other pro and podcast saying Paul capping. 🤣
nah that's crazy PG defending the rookie's 2 pts LMAO
Gained much respect for Paul George stop disrespecting That man calling him a rookie like he doesn’t play in the nba and Giannis did too much over a game all he better realize he in America not in his country
what if multiple rookies score that game?
lol
Giannis wanted the ball for Lillard since he's now top 5 in 3P made.
Paul George be cappin’ 😂😂 ain’t no rookie getting no game ball
L paul george
PG a pacer by heart but he's lying he'll want that ball
God damm he hang that photo up where he almost Murdered THE BIRDDDDMAN
I’m tired of these political answers 😂😂
Start winning then u sit out games of course bum
P putting out so much cap rn😂😂😂😂
Meaning business 🤣🤣🤣
The real question is actually what to do if two rookies scored their first points in the same game? What if they're on the same team?
It's impossible to find a good solution, but the refs have 3 game balls – one used in game and the other two are on standby in case there are issues with the other ones.
Giannis likely got one of those balls and the Rookie got the other game ball. I would agree with Giannis…it's easy to tell the feel of different basketballs. Different feel. Different bounce. Especially a used ball vs. a new one.
Either way, home team should be the deciding factor no matter what for what to do with all of the game balls. All in – Giannis definitely over reacted; likely he was more peeved about the respect side of it vs. actually getting the ball. It's rare that Giannis cares about a personal accomplishment so publicly; unless he wanted the ball for Dame
I wanna know if Tatum scores 70 and giannis scores 70 who gets the game ball?
They giving out game balls in L's now? Foh! 😂
What if 2 rookies score in the same game?
PG makes a fair point to both sides. Players and teams celebrate certain accolades certain ways. Giannis maybe likes game balls to remember his big moments. So I can see why he would make a scene. That being said, it's home team's ball. They decide what to do with it. So, Giannis was a bit extra 🤷🏽♂️
Rookie should have scored vs Jokic
Steph Curry keeping every 3point ball because you never know if it’s his last one
Giannis is going to score more points than that but I feel like the rookie ball is more important.
pg wouldnt know cuz he never scored a franchise record
The ball should of gone to Giannis. End of discussion.
Come on Playoff P that’s a bs response my guy. So you’re cool with getting a ball for your 1st points but not a record breaking achievement that you did on your home floor 🤔. The contradiction is crazy.
man grown ups fighting for a ball who earns multi million dollar per season thats not what gron ups do that was childish
L for P for this, Giannis should have gotten the game ball
64 points is a great achievement. And the Bucks were the home team so I give the ball to Giannis.
Dude I rewinded the part like 25 times and kept laughing almost pissing, “Y’all everybody touched that ball and played wit it” “Aw here we go, gon to the next question, man I ain’t gon finish what I’m trying to say”! Dude I’m crying!
Cut the ball in half call it a day. Giannis wasn't wrong at all or overreacted.
Most points P has scored is 48 so he wouldn’t understand anyway
Everyone touched that ball n played with is crazy 😂😂
PG Cappin he just wants to get his jersey retired in Indy😂 he can’t talk down on them fr
First this guy with the shades is almost unwatchable. Its not your show my dude. Though, I think there has to be some individuality involved with this discussion. GIannis might have been too intense in the moment, but its the emotions of the game tied with the record as well. Perhaps you and I don't know that type of feeling.
cmon man from watching the podcast alone no one would know how pacers played dirty fouled giannis hard and still got destroyed by him for the 2nd time this season and thats why they took the ball they were salty af
