Listen if Joel doesn’t get the MVP it’ll be because of the same reason why Jokic didn’t get his 3rd and it’s because voters were saying we want to see you do it in the playoffs and it went and proved it. Even though I believe the 2nd one Jokic won should’ve went to Embiid that year. I understand it’s this narrative around Embiid and the playoffs but the MVP is a “REGULAR SEASON” award. The higher pace this year is helping out. Harden had us last in pace last year while was only behind luka in possession with the ball. Nurse’s offense and defensive changes is keeping the whole team engaged.

But Embiid came into his own since Butler left. Maxey is lights out compliment for Embiid. Tobias Harris is the glue veteran leadership player and humble. Oubre Batum, Covington, Marcus Morris and Pat Bev, Korkmaz provides the right veteran production depth. Paul Reed, Mo Bamba, Springer and KJ are young hungry role players. Championship caliber production depth and chemistry. PEACE❤
