This dude isn’t that good. Not sure wtf the clippers organization was on about here

I mean we don’t need to hate on the player. But sure hate on the org. It is ridiculous that this guy was untouchable. And I wonder if Morey really wanted him that badly as he would have been the only returning trade piece that had a contract lasting until next season.

Terrance Mann isn’t even rostered on my 12 team fantasy league. That’s 13 players/team for a totlal of 156 players. There is no buzz about this guy since the Harden trade.

They would still be worse off for having included him and ended up getting what they wanted anyways. More about the contracts then the player

All in all, it is still kind of mind boggling that Mann was talked about as the make or break player in the trade.
It reminded me of how the Lakers held on to Talen Horton-Tucker for so long only to trade him for Pat Bev in the 2022 off season. It was rumored the Lakers turned down a deal for Lowry because they didn’t want to part with THT, who knows if that was true or if it would have made them much better than they were that year. I guess in this case the Clippers still got Harden so saying “they could have had Harden if they just got rid of Mann” doesn’t really apply.

To be fair he literally isn’t touching the ball anymore since Harden arrived lmao

Clippers took the stance of Mann being “untouchable” because he is legit their only remaining trade asset. They traded their picks to us from JH trade and still owe OKC picks from PG trade. Norman Powell is ehh due to his contract. Mann is on expiring deal at decent salary
