Just saying with the way we played Trae really had to make some really ridiculous shots to get to that 30 /10 number … if others don’t make shots, Trae can’t get open looks either … this is a big big problem …
Every time we play the heat our shooters forget how to hit an open three 🤣. Even bogi(love you) forgot how to shoot in the second half.
We need to put some pieces together for a good 2 way player to add to the starting line up. I thought Bey may bring that toughness but he isn’t that guy.

We went up 11 immediately in the 3rd quarter on a 13-0 run. Great start to the half. But then quin lets them come all the way back and tie the game before calling a timeout? And then we just never regained control of the game. Quin does a lot of things right but I’m really starting to question his ability to manage a game and rotations. Also Jaime is a rookie and an impact player for the Heat, but quin wont play Lundy over Patty Garrison or Wes?? These are all things that we HATED Nate for (rightfully so), but Quin gets a pass for some reason? I probably shouldn’t have typed this right after a game when I’m pissed off but I expected way more from Quin this year
This is where I need to ask Quin to reassess your lineup, we have two guys playing 25+ minutes with cardio 0/1/0 and the Heat’s worst player has at least 3 pts, 4+ rebounds, and 2 assists.
Go find some guys in our gleague and play them.

Bad second half from Bogi, but it happens with a shooter like him. We played decently, but we desperately need to be better defensively.

Trae wasn’t really that good overall tonight but still can’t blame him for the loss, the foul trouble killed us and yet again we can’t play defense. Saddiq bey can’t shoot anymore and Bogi went cold in the second half. Too many random lapses of allowing back cuts and not getting back on defense. I don’t think Quinn used his timeouts well this game either . Wesley Mathews can’t hit the broad side of the backboard. Patty mills had good hustle but if he’s on the floor we need him to make shots. And finally ref ball killed our momentum in the third. Miami heavily out physicalled us and every time we tried to match the physicality we got called for a foul
Any idea what’s up with AJ Griffin? Hopefully he’s okay and it’s nothing serious. Kind of reminds me of the Ridley situation a couple years ago with the Falcons. Only news we kept getting was “personal reasons”. Hope AJ is alright and healthy.

Okay I’m gonna stand up and say some shit that’s gonna make some people here upset. Dj Murray got 24 pts to Trae’s 30 and you cannot ignore those numbers. He’s actually one of our strongest assets, even if he doesn’t always go off when we need him to. And Clint Capella gets rebounds, and a lot of Trae’s assists are passed to Clint under the net.
A lot of fans like to shit on these two, and while a couple of extra all stars in their place would of course make us stronger, these two are doing a great job for us. We wouldn’t have as many wins as we do without them.
