Going to recap the game and look at the particulars how we lost and how the young guys did and then we’re gonna look at can the Wizards get a first round pick for Kyle kman he’s got a lot of suitors out there so we’re gonna talk

About that and then at the end we’re gonna chop it up like we always do so the Washington Wizards dropped Friday night uh to the Golden State Warriors 129 to8 and like we always say different game same script first half was very very close um the Wizards actually I

Mean kept it very close in the first half and then the second half uh yeah third quarter they outscored us 38 to 22 and we tried to bring it back in the fourth quarter but the damage was done I’m looking at some particulars I looked at again different game same script

Rebounding was an issue for the Wizards again uh we got Al rebound at 64 to 47 including offensive rebounds they out rebounded us 14-9 so rebounding again was a issue now looking at the stats for our starting five waiting on it to pop up there we go

Um let’s get into it uh tus Jones 14 points six from eight from the field two for two from three uh three rebounds and six assist so tyus Jones um has been playing really well lately um he’s been playing really good basketball and obviously you know if you’re looking at

It from a trade standpoint yeah he’s getting his value up but as far as his fit at starting point guard he is starting to simulate into the starting point guard position man he is definitely doing his thing uh he did well now obviously look Stephen Curry is

A tough cover from most people in the league he’s just he is I mean proba in my opinion one of the best Shooters all time but you know he definitely knows how to play some ball man and you know he was a man on the mission tonight but

I like what I saw overall from tyus Jones but let’s get into Jordan P obviously this is his reunion going back to Golden State um it was a Pity that Draymond Green was suspended that really would have been a heck of a game to

Watch but look at at Jordan P um he had his good moments he had his bad moments and but let’s let’s let’s dig into it uh 25 points overall but efficiency was bad seven for 21 from the field shooting three for2 from three-point range um he did shoot

Eight for n from free throws um at the charity strike but and only one turnover but I mean efficiency again was bad man I mean he there a lot of ill advised shots and I’ll say this man um I feel like I’ve said this many times but

Jordan P I like him as a young player man but he’s got some learning to do as far as what really bothers me about him and Kyle kman to a certain degree great is that they don’t utilize the shot clock you know there’s many examples last night but you know bring the ball

Up and then transition shooting a three it’s just it should happen man I mean he has to do better with utilizing the shot clock him and Kyle kman tend to be bad for this man they’re bad with you know lit shooting the ball early in the shot

Clock and you know they’re ilis shot so not only are you not utilizing the shot clock you’re shooting ili shots to where the the likelihood you making it is is pretty much that nil and you’re pretty much giving the ball back to the other team so they have to get better with

Moving the ball around you know not shooting the ball off transition every single time because he did a few times man I know one time he did a Friday night man um it was an air ball or I believe it hit the backboard but I mean

I mean he’s got to get better with that man he’s got to get better with shooting ili shots I know that you know last night obviously his first game back back being in Golden State you know was trying to make a statement you know I don’t think it’s a statement he really

Wanted to make man because efficiency was terrible uh Denny seven points four rebounds four assists um very underwhelming now the last game he got a double double I feel like he really turned the corner as far as you know he’s kind of in a rut you know he’s he

Kind of struggling and you know he struggled again two for five you know only five attempts so you can’t say too much the shot attempts you only got five and he found other ways to contribute you say that the same thing about him and balow you know they’re very similar

As far as you know the points are sporadic right but they contribute in other ways you know we’re going to talk about b in a little bit but you know Denny tribute in other ways four rebounds four assists but you know not a lot of shot attempts and you know if you

Look at 21 shot attempts from Jordan p and 11 from kosman you know you kind of see why but um so Denny underwhelming yes but look we know the ml with the stting five and Kyle kusma seven points nine rebounds now he did grab nine boards you know he was very active on

The boards man but shot again you know just like Jordan p shot was not dropping 311 from the field one for five overall um had a injury scare so we’re going to definitely let you guys know what his status is going forward but very underwhelming you know in 24 minutes

Played and Daniel Gafford 15 points four rebounds got a steal um little bit underwhelming compared to the game he had in Portland but you know and definitely considering the fact that you know if you look at who they had as Center you know across from him you know

Um Kavon only played 11 minutes uh Five Points five rebounds so I feel like he could have did more but I like the performance from Daniel Gafford because I don’t know if you guys have seen Daniel gav man but you know my wife kind of made the comment that you look like

He got a little weight on him you know maybe he’s really trying to secure that starting center position and he has you know he has things he needs to change but buling up is definitely a step in the right direction you know if he really wants to bang in there with a lot

Of these bigger and more athletic bigs I definitely recommend you you know him getting into the weight room getting bigger um definitely add some muscle and I think that’s a definitely good uh decision on his part but a stting five you know very underwhelming I mean the Shan attempts the biggest my biggest

Issue is this y’all is that if you look at at Jordan p in and kma I like both of their games man but we know what the mo is high usage lot of shot attempts and I think this really really really damaged the Wizards tonight man because if you

Look at again look if you look at the shot attemps you know for Jordan p for 21 three for 12 from three and you look at kozma three for 11 so the efficiency really really hurt the starting five um so looking at the bench real quick BL

Kabali 32 minutes now 32 minutes he actually led the team and minutes played Seven Points three rebounds two assists three for eight from the field one for two from three you know you don’t see the hesitancy you know I I get it you know you look at the stat line you’re

Like man it was a very underwhelming night but you know him and Denny the the shot you know they’re not hesitant you know you definitely want to see them being more aggressive but they’re not hesitant to take that shot and that’s what you want to see for both of them

That you know the offensive side for both bow and Denny are getting there they’re getting there and it’s going to take a lot of playing time it’s going to take experience now I get it this is not Denny’s first year this is actually his fourth year but offensively you do see a

Different player you know consistency is the biggest issue him consistently being a threat offensively as opposed to defensively and the same thing bow you know both of their offensive games will come you know it’s going to take playing time and you know definitely after the deadline you’re gonna see a lot more

Playing time for both of those gentlemen um Cory kitur had a really good game seven for5 for the field two for seven for three but 18 points you know he was aggressive shooting the ball you know this is you know he definitely tried to keep the Wizards in the game uh looking

At a few more people I like what I saw from Anthony Gil and Ryan Rollins uh they both played 10 minutes each but eight points for Gil and seven points for Rollins um shamut coming back from injuries so I’m not going to say too

Much um 0 for two did not score but he’s definitely trying to get his legs back coming back for injury definitely trying to get back in the game shape and Mike muscala very very underwhelming two points uh but six rebounds one for five from the field so you know what to

Expect from him he can spread the floor but you know as far as you know Manning the paint he has issues doing that especially against bigger centers and you know he he can definitely shoot you know six rebounds he got in there he got boards so overall very underwhelming

Game you know I felt like you know the first half we definitely stayed with them but second half man um adjustments at halftime continues to being an issue and you know it see like I said different game same script you know the lack of adjustments at halftime

Really hurt us and by the time we tried to make a comeback in the fourth quarter it was way too late so again you know Jordan P coming back home to the Bay Area um he did get a lot of Cheers I’m sure there was a few boos out there but

A lot of Cheers got a tribute vi video lot of love from the Bay Area so he’s much loved in the Bay Area but you know he tried to play hard against Golden State but you know he just missing shots and inefficiency and like I said he’s a

Young guy man um I’m trying not to be too critical on Jordan P because he’s a young guy and I say this again he’s a young guy who has a lot of upside you know obviously defensively he’s not gonna be a defensive stop Gap ever but

Offensively he can be a good scorer in his League he hasn’t his prime yet but the biggest thing is efficiency man you know he has to shoot high percentage shots you know cannot continue to shoot the ball off a transition man you know you’ve got to utilize the shot clock

There’s a shot clock for a reason and the the same goes for Kyle kman you know Kyle kman yes he is a scorer um normally you can depend on him to consistently put up 20 plus points a night you know his ability to use his frame to drive

The lane but efficiency continues to be an issue for both of these guys and so going forward man I want to see them being more High efficient players man um don’t it’s one thing to be a score I get it man um most scores their attempts are

Are high but you have to shoot high percentage shots you’ve got to utilize the shot clock and you got to utilize the guys around you man you know definitely try to get Denny AIA more involved um you know Daniel Gafford you know he’s a lob guy you know he is what

He is he’s very limited in my opinion but you know he’s trying to evolve offensively you see that but with him gaining weight you know he’s definitely going to be mostly a LW threat in the defensive presence in the paint and tyus Jones you know um can they get him a you

Know as point guard I’m going to say can they get him more involved but um I feel like he’s doing really really good he’s been playing well um so I like what I see from tus Jones but efficiency has to get better y’all so uh we’re gonna
