It’s like when an organization gives a COMPLETELY washed player a max contract simply because they helped them win a championship in the past even though they can no longer effectively contribute to the team. His biggest current contribution would be sitting and watching tape with Maxey if he doesn’t want to get out on the court anymore.
Other than that, just be a presence. Be willing to talk to potential free agents about what you think they could get out of coming to Philly.
