    Gonna repeat what I said in the game thread – the Grizzlies have the three best players in this matchup. JJJ, Ja, and Bane are all better than the best Pelican. We saw that in crunch time of this game.

    When the grizzlies came back to win against Pels the first time, I told everyone who doubted the Grizz in the first half to stay on the other side. Now with this game, whoever was trying to clown on Marcus, I invite you to stay on the other side.

    This game was a good showcase of the limitations of Biyombo. When teams run out aggressive doubles to get the ball out of Ja/Bane’s hands, you have to have a big man who can facilitate from the high post. It’s already a lot to ask for Biz to even catch the ball.

    If we’re making a move for a big at the deadline, I’d much rather keep Tillman and throw Biyombo’s 5m contract into the deal. Steven Adams is far too undervalued amongst far too many people

    I mean, what was up with having to go to overtime. Holy moly if Jaren had gotten that second free throw that *checks notes*, occurred with 0.4 seconds remaining we would have been good in regulation.

    (Too close for comfort for me honestly but a win was secured)
