Little random OP, but during your hat hunt, were you able to find any decent Flex Fits? Ive been looking for a while and havent found any. Hat selection in general is kinda limited online, unless you like Snap/Adjustable backs. Even Fitted options have size availability issues, and unfortunately, dont feel right on my awkward giant dome.
