Fucking finally. First order of business: Build the KG statue and retire his number!!!

Good riddance Glen. I hope the door hits you on the way out.

Taylor’s ownership definitely doesn’t look as good now as it did at the beginning, but I’ll always be thankful he bought the team from Harv and Marv to keep us from being moved to New Orleans back in the mid-90’s.

Glad to see him go now, and eager for this to lead KG back home! Awoooooooo!!!

  6. Woj’s second tweet here is interesting:

    >The action formalizes intent to purchase additional 40 percent of franchise from Taylor and give Lore and Rodriguez 80 percent of teams and the majority ownership by early 2024.

The actual timing of this payment has been probably the most up in air aspect of the deal. Darren Wolfson (and I think a couple other local reporters) have been suggesting it would happen sometime in the summer (we assume that is information he is hearing from Glen Taylor or someone in his camp). Is this Lore and ARod leaking to Woj that this will actually happen much sooner? Guess we’ll find out.

So glad these guys are finally taking over!

Glen was an awful owner decision making wise, but at least he cared about the team enough to keep them here
