They’d really mitigate a lot of the angst if they just came out and said, “Hip contusion: 2-3 weeks.”
At least ppl can say, “Alright, just survive for a few weeks, that’s not bad.” But this guessing game messes with ppl’s expectations. When you start off with day-to-day, and it becomes more than that, it’s so much more disappointing. They need to manage expectations better.
Granted, we’re all just fans at the end of the day. I just hope they’re at least keeping Kawhi’a actual teammates in the loop.
