You’re drastically overvaluing both Sengun and Eason and undervaluing Lauri. Sengun may be a future all star and offensive hub for a team, but he is also a sub-par defensive big that will be a playoff liability until he improves on the defensive side of the ball.
Eason can likely be a high level role player/solid starter at his peak, and Bullock is negative value at this point in his career, even at $11million. Lauri is worth more than these 3 players by himself, and then you want to add in Kessler? Come on now, you can’t be serious with this.
Rockets would likely need to add 2-3 1st rounders to even get a conversation started.

Sengun and Eason and both awesome and fun, but I don’t think this is very close to equal value. I know this isn’t that great of a source, but to try to prove my point: Lauri and Walker are 31 and 32 in Bill Simmons trade value rankings, while Sengun is 42 and Eason isn’t in the top 65. Again, I don’t think that’s the best source to analyze trade value and I think one could argue that Sengun has more trade value than Walker, but I think many would say the Jazz are giving up the two most valuable players in this trade.
