Yeah he had 35 but it genuinely felt very quiet. OG made him work for it. There was one play where I remember OG effectively had him run in a circle around Gobert.

    Lurking raps fan.

Stats like this become the norm for OG. It gets to the point where you will have some fans forget about it entirely because it’s so normal, yet it doesn’t track on a regular box score.

I’ve said it on this sub a few times, he is THE BEST 3D guy in the league. If we filter 3s to catch and shoot from the corner (tailor made for this roster), he might be the 3 guy AND the best D guy, separately.

I’ve long held the notion that what this team really needed aside from any “star name” was a long 3-D wing that knew how to take a back seat and can move the ball.

I thought OG would be perfect but really didn’t think it would get done.

Now that Leon got it done, it’s paying immediate dividends. I specifically remember the last time we played the Wolves, and especially how Edwards controlled things so effortlessly. He set his teammates up early, getting them involved and then EXPLODED the next half.

This game? Lock. Down. OG completely took him out of the game and dismantled the engine that drives that team.
