  1. I know it’ll be expensive but I’d consider throwing a second into that trade for bogdon instead of patty. We can do with more shooting on nights where duncan or tyler dont have it going. Lot of long term money but 1. Cap goes up every year. 2. I’d rather see my FO go all out to win now and fail then to hold on to every asset and still fail to win a chip (as we already have been doing)

  2. I just want the heat to start doing well in the 3rd and 4th quarter and Jimmy to get healthy because I’m getting scared like what the hell is going on with him

  3. I think he’s a solid player but idk if he’ll come to the 305 because of his agency, idk if there’s still bad blood there and that’s why they automatically said LA and NY would be interested, cause Lebron is in LA and NY is a bigger market, but we’ll see 🤷🏻‍♂️

  4. Anthony…. Dejounte Murray is not who you think he is… I prefer a package of Dinwiddie/FinneySmith/Dennis Smith Jr for Lowry/Caleb+Picks…. Dinwiddie is expiring and Dennis Smith would instanty become our backup point guard who is a plus defender.

We solve the Power Forward and Backup Centre minutes in one go. Finney Smith can do that. Spacing looks great and we would have 4 plus defenders around Tyler.

Jaime—–Duncan—-Kevin Love—–Josh—–Dennis Smith—–Haywood all off the bench. Would be the deepest team in the league.

  5. Im reaching here but If Miami was somehow able to get Dejounte Murray and Donavan Mitchell this year, AND able to keep their core of BAM, HERRO, JIMMY, Triple J, & Robinson RIP to the NBA.

  6. i'd be on board with this trade if murray's defense was back to what it was, the defense that got him on the all defensive team in 2018 but since coming to atl, it hasn't been good, not sure exactly why but just look at the numbers. however he would still be a better point of attack defender than most the heat roleplayers but because he's such a ball dominant guard, i can't imagine the offense looking good, sharing the ball next to herro and even jimmy come playoff time. hawks wanted to play trae more off ball with murray handling but i guess that never worked out. I haven't seen enough of his off ball play to warrant giving up 2 firsts, just not worth it imo, i would rather give more to get dovovan or lauri. another possibility is to pay less and go for someone like finney-smith from the nets or jerami grant (will probably never happen with porland but hey he fits)

  7. You forget one question.. WHY WOULD THEY TRADE HIM TO USSSS?? An annually contending Eastern conference team they have to compete against. Why give ammo to your arch enemy

  8. I argued this in 2022, but since then, Dejounte has struck me as not quite right for the Heat. His skillset? Yes. His attitude? idk, I'd rather grab someone who'd complement the culture better. Like an Askins or Chalmers type, y'know?
