Ball Arena Experience

So these guys on TikTok have been going to every arena in the NBA to experience what a game is like there. They gave Denver’s arena experience a 6/10. And honestly I think that’s fair. Ball Arena compared to some other arenas in the league feels a bit outdated at this point. Particularly the concourse experience, although the club level is pretty dope.

I think Ball Arena could use updating aesthetically, especially now that we’re in the franchise’s golden era with the best player in the league. The food is also pretty mid in my experience. That’s not even to mention how we still don’t have a separate practice facility for the team.

Atmosphere wise, the fans bring that place to a whole different level with the energy we bring.

What do you think of Ball Arena? How would you compare to other stadiums you’ve been to in the league?

full agree. i wish we had a smaller more modern arena. our food options… are fine nothing special. its a fine building but after seeing some of the newer ones.. man i am jelly

It’s not good or bad. A new arena would fix that,

It’s fine, but the thing getting me in the arena is the team success, not the venue itself. It’s already costly enough, can’t imagine the ticket prices at a new stadium would be affordable!

  4. The only thing I disagreed with was the tile concourse. I like it so much more than concrete.

Little ceasers arena here in detroit opened 5ish years ago and is fantastic…pistons not so much…ball arena is meh and is to cavernous and open so doesn’t get that loud IMO. Also the area around ball leaves a lot to be desired. They should have more of an entertainment district outside.

Why would any fan care about the practice facility location?

I enjoy the arena/atmosphere, but the food and concessions are the worst. They should take notes from Barclays or another arena like that. Almost all of the vendors are local establishments around NYC and serve up tasty food for about the same price as those hotdogs/chicken fingers that have been shipped in from Aramark and sitting under heat lamps all evening.

I agree there could be more to see and do out in the concourse, and better food.

They need to convert a section of a 300 level end zone to a standing room bar like coors field.

Having taken the stadium improvement survey, I think a lot of what they are looking at are theater seating, club boxes, boxes with living room furniture, upgraded service in premium seats… wine and cheese amenities that will cost a lot and make the crowd less intense

Ain’t no McNichols, I’ll tell you that.
