Respect that! Ricky taking care of his mind. He did his time in the league. He was a great piece for us for like 6 months.
We have some space now to make a move if we want to. I don’t see why we wouldn’t try something. Our roster has not been working as well as expected when healthy.

Bet they sign CPJ to a NBA deal and off the 2way deal.

Making room for the 2 players a draft picks for Mitchell.

Wish him nothing but the best and hope he finds the love for the game again
I’m hoping we use this money to convert Craig’s contract

It’s really a shame he tore his ACL. Still love the guy tho and wish him the best

Was kinda hoping to use that contract in a trade but this was always the most likely outcome. CPJ contract incoming ASAP, let’s get him locked up as long as possible.
Good luck to Ricky, always gonna have love for him. Truly believe he was instrumental in the turn around in 21-22 and DG’s breakout. Hope he and his family are doing well and he can make his way back into the court in Spain if that’s what brings him happiness

As I sit at work looking at my Ricky Rubio bobblehead, I can’t help but think the Cavs did him dirty by giving him un-tatted arms. Even the Clevinger one I had has ink on it.

One of the most entertaining players of recent NBA history. All the best to Ricky.

If he doesn’t want to play anymore he should have retired before the season. He got his money and and didn’t have to play

Me in 40 years telling my grandkids about 2021 Rubio

I’m very confused on why this is a contract buyout and not retirement? Can anyone explain why the Cavs need to pay a player that hasn’t participated in a single second of basketball since last season? Are they just doing right by him?

Fucking Ricky grabbing free money. Its ok as long as he stays retired i guess. Cavs were super unlucky with injuries.

One of my favorites. I know he never really made a positive impact since he returned, but he was so good back in 2021.
