Man that sochan pass out of bounds has got to sting… should’ve given back to wemby

  2. 0dias_Chrysalis

Giannis and Wemby seem to have more and more in common than I thought

  3. beatrailblazer

Don’t think he saved the game with that block

  4. ajteitel

Did Pop have a stroke or was he worried he would miss the bus home?

  5. Busriderx

This is the way. Keep it close so its fun to watch then lose on purpose by not calling a time out for the tank.

  6. Ilikesporks_

i’m going to assume that not calling a timeout was a tanking tactic

  7. IRanOutOf_Names

Sochan saving LeVert from a lot of slander for putting up that shot.

  8. applep00

spurs got possession with about 1.8 left on the clock. plenty of time for a timeout and to run a play because there is no way in hell they were able to run the break that fast. is the tie likely after the timeout playcall? not necessarily, but far crazier things have happened.

  9. orr12345678

Its not relate to this play

but What Pop found in Sochan

  10. Ranieboy

Jr Smith moment right here not surprising Sochan did it LMAO!

  11. I think people are being wildly unrealistic about calling a timeout.

Sochan gets the ball immediately dribbles at about 1.5. By the time the ref awards timeout to Pop, he’s inbounding, not advanced because Jeremy dribbled with about .8 to 1 second.

Jeremy would have had to call timeout and the nature of the play I get why a second year player wouldn’t in that position.

The Spurs lost when Tre had to save it. They just ran out of time.

It wasn’t a game saving block

Someone had to dive out of bounds to get it

And sochan shot a heave bc there was no time

It was a great block, but why is the title shitting on sochan

I’d trade Kiddey for Sochan tomorrow 😭

  13. dragonwhale

TheFu???? There was like 2 min left and Cavs were 117-104 when i tuned out.

This is becoming a weekly thing. Half the league has an astronomical choke this season.

  14. Soapstarboi

Why was Caris trying to score there instead of escape dribbling the time to zero?

  15. CofTheEast

Spurs games are fun, yet so frustrating to watch.

  16. Jscott1423

Can anyone tell me why they shot the ball to begin with?

  17. Bonesawisready5

Solid come back. We are so much better with Jones as a starter playing 30+ mins. If we were doing this all season no way we would be 5-30. Like maybe 9-26 lol but still

  18. HappyLongfellow

It’s not a game saving block then.

  19. CameronCalvin

The block was awesome but was it really game saving? lol

  20. ASithLordNoAffect

Such an obvious foul situation but Pop is totally washed. No time for a decent look even after an ideal result after the block.

  21. Aggravating-Lake-717

    Man the spurs stink

    Feel bad for Wemby

  22. Wisstig1

“Game saving block” is misleading as fuck when they still ended up losing by 2 isn’t it?

Like he didn’t save the game and there was no guarantee even if the spurs got a timeout they could’ve gotten a shot to go off in time or in. They’re still a 5 win team after all.

  23. Kazaki-dum

People talking about a timeout not only play 0 sports but understand 0 mechanics on anything. Tf was a time out going to do? They are in 0 position of tying this game and they lost because of the game not this timeout. Dumbass subreddit soemtimes

  24. Jack_M_Steel

Can you save a game with a block if you’re behind in points?

  25. LyonsKing12

Why in the world did Levert shoot the fucking ball?

  26. mallllls

For everyone in the comments freaking out about not using the timeout. They’re already ass. It doesn’t matter. They aren’t trying to win. They’re focused on player development while securing more high first round picks. If they’re still this bad in 2-3 years then talk to me.

  27. JustCallMeMichael

I think it’s time we embrace the notion that Pop sucks

  28. BearPeltMan

How many wins would the Spurs have this season if they had a real point guard, you think? Maybe 11-13?

  29. KatnissBot

I’d rather have close but disappointing losses than demoralizing blowouts but UGH this hurt a little.

  30. Current_Anybody4352

Why are the Cavs even trying to score? Lol

  31. How was it a game saving block if they’re losing?

  32. LavenderAutist

Pop is the best at tanking without making it look like tanking

  33. garynevilleisared

Wemby giving the spurs a chance 🤝 Cavs trying to lose

  34. ivashanko

The reality is that the Spurs should be bad this year if they want to win later. They clearly need more help, and getting a top draft pick helps them. Luka didn’t get enough help because he won too much early.

  35. Nutholsters

Have yall really not realized that the Spurs are actively tanking? They make the wrong decisions in game defining moments every single time. Pop could’ve called a timeout here and easily set up a play. Or Sochan could practice passing. Or he could play Wemby more than 24 minutes. But they don’t want to win.

I personally don’t give a fuck about this team until they make some serious changes. Wemby is exciting but empty stats are meaningless. Hope he stays healthy until he can get some help or hit free agency.
