This next week is not gonna be kind to us if we play like tonight lol one thing we have going in our favor is the next few only have 1 day off in between. Unfortunately we play the Celtics with 2 days rest, so knowing the Nugs that’ll be a rough one lol

  2. snakejakemonkey

    Clippers 202 Mil salary

    Denver 181

I dunno I’d have focused on trying to win the title not save money.

  3. ImGonnaChubbBradley

Well at least one Denver team showed up tonight. Thank you Avs very cool.

  4. AnythingBacon

    Update: Still burping nasty watermelon…

Also: Can’t wait for All-Star voting to end so Murray can go back to being Murray. I swear his hero ball shit is influenced by this

  5. SnooDonuts9093

Didn’t catch the whole game but our defense looked bad but more than that our energy has been really lacking. We don’t really have that guy that turns it up when the energy is lacking like Bruce last year. Maybe PWat in a few years. Other than that offense looked clunky, when Mal is off it’s easy to just say that Jokic should have the ball the whole time but that’s just not how basketball works. It’s those moments you wish MPJ had a handle/they ran more through and for him.

  6. Pretty worrying signs from this team. Idk if it’s championship hangover but here are quite clearly about 8 teams that could beat us in a playoff series rn.

Jamal is a good player but he’s not de’aaron fox or ja morant, he’s a decent sidekick and that’s all he is.

Something needs to be done about MPJ and his lack of shots. Either trade him or get him more shots. No team has the luxury of a 40 million dollar guy who takes 7 shots a night.

Braun is completely useless on offense. Zeke is completely useless on everything.

Not sure if there are any trades that can be made. I’m guessing no.

  7. ModernaPfizerJr

SMH we’ll be OK. We’re just tired after the short off-season and a ton of road games and b2bs early in the season. People in the game thread we’re ready to fire Murray and MPJ into the sun lmao.

  8. snakejakemonkey

Jamal stat padding vs Detroit is just embarrassing after this and Orlando game

Dejounte murray would be getting called top 20 if he played with Jokic too

This roster isn’t built to win

Their 6th man is pretty much a rookie.

Jokic can still carry them to a title but Booth or Kroenke has let him down

  9. Docbabyface

So, where did we go wrong? Are the jazz getting better, is our defense lacking like a Swiss cheese? What did we miss? Becaus yea overall we are winning 7/3 last 10 matches and having the worst 2 (thunders and these mofos) what should the team swap in the defense to get us a solid block again …. Just ranting hate seeing the nuggets lose and losing money

  10. snakejakemonkey

They got boatraced by Dog shit GSW too who everyone else is killing lol

  11. tha_rodge

The schedule for rest of the month makes me a little nervous.

  12. AndoArugula

I was like “well when they stop shooting 65% from 3 then we’ll have a game” and then they stopped and the game was the same 🤪

  13. ScrewuGuysImGoingHme

I have nothing against either person but I’m sorry the Marlowe-Winge booth has to be one of the worst in the league. Theyre both total homers to the point it gets annoying.

  14. connorado_the_Mighty

The thing I hate most about blowouts is how little you actually learn from them. We are so far and above this level of play that it’s just a total waste.

Wish I could take something from the game but, there is nothing to take.

Maybe a bit of concern regarding our confidence and focus, but that’s really it.

    Ugh.

  15. ScrewuGuysImGoingHme

Murrays playing for an all star or all nba spot so he can get more money instead of team ball to win. He’s going full Embiid and being selfish

  16. fuccabicc

So in the last 6 games, we won 3, barely beating the GSW who are taking an ass whooping from everybody and their mothers, the 3-35 Pistons and THE HORNETS, lmao?

    I hate this

  17. n0t_malstroem

But for real Gillespi was actually insane tonight. Bro got one catch and shoot 3 that didn’t touch rim, another one off the dribble off a screen that didn’t count cause illegal screen, a nice off the dribble mid ranger, drew 2 fouls for 4 free throws, was creating dribble penetration into kickouts, played the pick and pop really well with Huff, got one massive offensive rebound and another massive defensive rebound, had one possession where he played really good defense, another one where he had a nice help dig on a drive that created a turnover and another one where he rotated really well to the corner 3. Malone pls play my boy I am begging 🥺

  18. SirJoris

We looked hella slow and unathletic compared to Utah, so that sucked.

  19. HauntedandHorny

Also I don’t want to sound superstitious but every time there’s been a nugh dad post pre-game we’ve lost I’m pretty sure.

  20. Smooth-Survey-7432

Looks like the nuggets have mailed it in thinking theyve made the finals already. They may brely win the 2nd round at this rate.

  21. MambaMentality15

This loss feels a lot worse than it actually is, huge reason for that is the effort displayed. The Jazz are good, but winning is gonna be tough against anyone when you never get past 2nd gear. Can’t really say much else about the game, just one you flush and get ready for the next.

This difficult stretch coming up will be a lot more telling of how the team really is. Just showing up will not be enough for these. Doesn’t have to be 100% all out effort, but enough to build some good habits regardless of outcome. Confident they’ll bounce back, go Nuggets!

  22. LessThanCleverName

Is it time for the Murray and MPJ for Lavine and Derozan conversation yet?

If not, then the beatings will continue.

Edit – Gordon and CB for… I dunno, like Doug McDermott or some shit too, pretty sure he’s still playing.

Edit 2 – KCPoop for Jordan Poole and a bag of Cool Ranch Doritos.

  23. snakejakemonkey

Jamal will go into 2025 as Ufa then cause he’s going to be chasing all nba next year. Wow that’s interesting.

  24. MamaHadACow

Anybody here whoever played basketball would know how it feels to play defense when you’re only watching 1 guy dribbling the ball out of his ass into a contested shot.

  25. SmackBroshgood

Holy shit, if you thought the reason they lost that game was BAD MURRAY TOO MUCH DRIBBLES you’re fucking hopeless.

  26. LatinoHeatRP

We have a good record but our bench is fuckin us

  27. siegeoftyre

1-15 in our last 16 regular season games in Utah. The Jazz are just a bunch of altitude merchants.

  28. snakejakemonkey

Jamal getting sonned at the POA by a vet min is in fact why they lost the game

  29. LACIRCA2044

Jokic in January has missed 12 field goals and 4 free throws…

  30. boydivision30

The only thing worse than the Nuggets losing is reading stuff that paint Jamal and Mike as fckin bums that need to be burned at the stake lol.

  31. Smooth-Survey-7432

All i can say is FAFO and they found out.

  32. finn_odalih

Is there a way to track saving an out of bounds ball but throwing it to the other team? Because I think we did that at least five times today 😭. That was the quintessential “just one of those games” games that makes you laugh.

  33. ChiefKeefIsGoat

Curry is a nugget someone tell that fat bastard Murray get ready to learn how to speak Californian

  34. mradulovic

Fuck this game. this team sometimes infuriates me

  35. ImGonnaChubbBradley

Murray better answer for his crimes

  36. Is it fair to say that we’re currently the 5th best team in our conference? When was the last good win we had? Clippers back in November when they were still working things out? This next stretch of games thru Jan 31st will tell us A LOT about who we are. Pels, sixers x2, bucks, Celtics, thunder, Knicks.
