Per Woj on X/Twitter: The Grizzlies are waiving center Bismack Biyombo, sources tell ESPN. He made a good impact with franchise and could be brought back again. Memphis is expected to add another big on a newly available two-way contract.
Nuggets should absolutely sign Biyombo as a backup center if possible. Veteran minimum for his services could be helpful to the bench.
He would be very valuable replacing the minutes at backup C we had in the playoffs last year

Huff likely has better offense than Biz, and his defense has improved to pretty good. Until Huff gets a few consecutive minutes, other than the chaos of garbage time, we won’t know what he can do. In a few games with Washington, he seemed better than most of what they had on the bench.
