For us fans: apparently we’re currently in that stretch if you wanna drop these fucking statlines.
For the players: very hard stretch
It starts next month. Outside of one more tough stretch in late Feb/early March where we play NYK/PHI/DAL/GS/CLE/DEN/PHX, the schedule from Feb-April is pretty cake.
Of course, the strength of schedule is always a little misleading because, well, we dont play ourselves. But every other team does. So we have one less tough “opponent” than they do.

At this rate, we’ll have a 10 game lead on the East by the time that part of the schedule rolls around and it won’t matter anymore
Take a look at next month. But ‘easiest schedule’ is overhyped. Besides a handful of garbage teams you can’t really look past anyone in the NBA or you’ll start dropping games.
I would like to remind everyone that just because a team is “bad” doesn’t mean we’re not getting every teams absolute best look when we play them. Comes with the territory of being the best team in the league.

We are in a tough stretch in terms of 8 game stretches, but we have the easiest remaining schedule. Easiest remaining schedule never meant time to relax. It just emphasized how great our record was compared to other teams.
