And 26 uh you know a week into the season just terrible and they stuck there for a while since December 13th and that really seems when things have really turned around they are now up to 21 offense and 22 defense now let’s look at things since December 13th where

They’ve gone like 13 and four whatever it is uh do they have the best offense in the league well let’s see no they don’t oh by the way someone asked if I could zoom this in I will can you see see that better hopefully uh Utah is at 14 offensively

So they are not you know they are just slightly above average offensively look at that better than the Phoenix Suns but just 14th slightly above 15 which is completely average that’s crazy to have Devin Booker and Kevin duranton be complete literally average that’s crazy uh but anyways uh let’s see now what are

The Jazz defensively look at this in that stretch they are a top 10 def defense they are number eight they are doing awesome and then is this includes getting shellacked by by Boston which is kind of looking like an outlier it kind of looked like the Jazz just couldn’t hit shots that

Game I they went s i remember watching they went 1 for 15 to start the game from three if they M hit like 33% or something reasonable that game’s a little different but uh pretty nice uh turnaround for the Jazz and really it’s just a it’s a credit to Hardy it’s a

Have like the 7 foot one or two embiid or yit or something like that at Center but they are big at a lot of positions especially the front Court overall they have great size um it’s time to start talking about lri markkanen’s rebounding I mean we know about the scoring tonight was just

Awesome he was the best player on the floor in a lot of ways six for 13 from the field two for five from three he had 12 rebounds he is an elite rebounder and he was this was against joic uh but yeah 26 points he was a plus 17 look at that

Just dominant Force for the Jazz offensively and if the Jazz can find a way to get another star next to him and I’m talking like a big time guy this Jazz team could probably win a title the question is how do you do that how do you do

A lot with John Collins starting and if you go to cleaning the glass and you look at John Collins’s numbers as a rim protector it’s pretty good it’s actually pretty decent he is in the above average level as a rim protector and so when you consider the fact that he can protect

The rim he can shoot the ball we’ve seen him put the ball on the floor a little bit I think one thing that they’ve done a little better is they’re not having him pass the ball quite as much the Jazz have kind of curtailed their turnovers and one of the big culprits of

That was John Collins because they’ve been running through things through him a little bit will Hardy’s trying to figure out what they can do and what we found out what John Collins can do and what he can’t do one of the things he can do is he spreads the floor in a

Great way he rebounds he defends the rim actually pretty well uh is he an elite Defender no but I think he he’s an average defense player when he’s playing well especially rebounding I mean he’s been a big time rebounder this year look at this between John Collins and Larry

Colin ston he has completely changed as a player the the thing that will hardy said where he said play hard pass the ball and give a bleep about the Jazz has absolutely rung probably with no one more than Colin ston he is absolutely playing so unselfishly he’s always been

Able to take advantage of of isolation opportunities especially when he’s against a slower Defender he’s just got an incredibly quick First Step he’s an efficient got an efficient floater game he can shoot the three and he’s got great touch around the Rim I haven’t checked his touch numbers but I bet you

They’re good and you know but what’s always been the problem at least in the first half of this season was that he just was kind of a black hole like You’ throw him the ball and you knew that he was just going to go score the ball and

That’s what he was going to do and you weren’t going to get it back Colin seon is trusting his teammates now and he’s completely it’s it’s funny now that he’s passing the ball more playing more within the offense moving it around it’s coming back to him more they’re finding isolation and finding Advantage

Writing that and developing him because you just don’t find guys like oai with that type of athleticism with his size and speed and just the the athletic talent that He has he just makes plays because he’s a just a big-time athlete it’s just you would love for this to

Become more consistent and you know I don’t know what it’s going to take he needs more shots it’s kind of hard though when you’re playing on a 10-man rotation and you’re just not getting lots of minutes you know last year he was getting tons and playing really well

And his shooting got better and all that because he was playing on a team that wanted to just run the young guys and lose games now the Jazz are trying to win games they’re playing their best players and you’ve got to earn more minutes and if he’s not hitting shots

Then he just doesn’t play quite as much but when he does he does play you know but anyways him and Walker Kessler Walker Kessler only played 14 minutes tonight I actually felt like Walker was pretty good tonight four for four from the field uh eight let’s

See eight points and I felt like he played really well but they only had to play in 14 minutes that’s what’s crazy about these rotations is they just Chang based off of the flow of the game and what what will hardy thinks they need to
