LaMelo Ball tallied a game-high 28 points, along with 5 assists and a career-high tying 5 steals for the Hornets. The Spurs have won back-to-back games as they improve to 7-30 on the season, while the Hornets fall to 8-28.

Opposing Centers always destroy the Hornets. I predicted Wemby would easily score 30+ on us, but he didn't even need to. He did enough to rest the 4th quarter. Besides the Hornets having no defense, our bench was trash 😂

This is totally embarrassing for the Hornets… Lamelo just came back to try and win but he couldn’t pull it out… He has no help at all… He already got his bag and I’ll not be surprised if he asks to be traded to some other contending team (maybe OKC so we can get like 5 picks and young guys or something else?). This is a sign for the team… Please Hornets just trade the vets to contending teams and assess all young guys.. This season is over. It will be better to tear everything down and rebuild… The team is boring and not good at all even with Lamelo there… Nothing is there to build up to… If it weren’t for the Pistons, the Hornets will be talked about as one of the worst teams in league history (fun fact, one of the Pistons’ wins came from the Hornets)…

The hospital Hornets, strike again. I swear to God, this team cannot stay healthy, to save their lives. So many times this season we have gotten a starter back, we have lost another starter to injury in the same game.
