  3. granttheginger

“That’s not who we are” Stacey “Gregg Popovich” King

  4. Klonomania

New York: “What he saying fuck me for?”

  5. Let’s be honest here. This absolutely *is* Chicago.

  6. mrreported

Well, it’s clearly Chicago, cause you did it lol

  7. EatDeeply

I always felt like Jerry was unfairly underappreciated by bulls fans. Drafted Scottie and found Toni.

  8. WernerHerzog69420

I miss Chicago a lot, but an inferiority complex (to basically any other city) is way too prevalent in Chicagoans.

This is like when a republican politician posts like an empty grocery store shelf or something and says “this is socialism”

  10. king_lloyd11

Doing an insurance plug angry is so fucking funny for no reason lol

  11. DynamixRo

At least some New York and Philly fans took this as a compliment.

  12. AgainstAllOddsYo

Damn Lavine is going at Draymond pretty hard at 24 seconds

  13. Palmisavage

    >It was the worst thing I’ve ever seen in my life

How melodramatic. And then shits on NY and Philly when clearly that is Chicago.

  14. Obi_Wan_Gebroni

Hate to break it to you Stacey but that pretty clearly is Chicago after what just happened. Beyond embarrassing, every single one of those fans should never show their face in the UC ever again.

Stacey King come back to the 580 and shout us out sometime

  16. LoWE11053211

And they blow that fat lead agasint the warriors

  17. Fitz2001

Hey Chicago, where is Steve Bartman right now?

  18. kraftpunkk

It’s not a New York thing.

    It’s not a Philly thing

    It’s a Chicago thing.

  19. totaleclipseoflefart

Shitting on NYC/Philly in this context is really nasty work and completely undermines any point he might have had.

It’s the equivalent of a racist incident happening and then saying “that’s not us, that’s [City X].”

  20. Magic_SnakE_

“That’s not Chicago, that’s new York, Philly.”

    Welcome to the group Chicago.

  21. EaglesXLakers

Hey now! Philly wouldn’t boo the lady! We’d pelt her with batteries, but we wouldn’t boo her. We have class!

  22. dmacs101

This is the city that ruined Steve Bartman’s life over a ball that multiple people went for. This is definitely Chicago.

  23. BenDarioMcConniid

as far as I know, Chicago is the only city to boo the widow of a dead man at an honoring ceremony

  24. edwardsscreenname

Philly is *remarkably* forgiving, especially to winners. Go fuck yourself, Stacey. Your fans booed, not ours.

  25. KarAccidentTowns

Chicago fans are such clowns for booing the guy who built their dynasty. And booing his widow? I watched it on league pass and she really was upset.

  26. jjkiller26

This might be the worst instance of booing someone at an nba game

  27. rughmanchoo

I was in Chicago in 1996 and I saw Jerry Krause at a Harold’s chicken shack in Hyde park. I told him I appreciated how he put together a winning squad and I was excited for what was next. He turned to my son and said, “I don’t know who he loves more, me or you!” Then he pulled my shirt over my head hockey fight style and remarked, “you’ve got bigger tits than my wife.”

  28. livefreeordont

Philly booing someone who helped bring 6 titles idk

  29. tstoneremix

That’s really fucked up that the fans did that. She had absolutely nothing to do with Jerry’s tenure with the Bulls.. They are booing someone’s dead husband.. like wtf is wrong with people.

  30. Billted23

We made a widow cry…….we are trash

  31. PensiveinNJ

I mean obviously it is Chicago because it was Chicago doing it.

  32. eagles1990

That is Chicago. Philly fans aren’t ungrateful. Someone winning 6 championships would be a god in this city.

  33. melkipersr

I know it’s basically unanimously beloved, and that this is a hot take, and that most people recognize that regardless of how good it is, it’s Jordan propaganda. But I had to turn off The Last Dance in the first episode and have never been able to pick it back up after seeing the way all the talking heads, including the owner, started piling on Krause. Made me sick to scapegoat the dead guy who can’t defend himself. I’m sure it got better, I’m sure I missed out on great content, but I thought that was utterly classless.

  34. Wilts3rdLeg

Philly boos santa clause, not some dead guys wife

  35. MyLadySansa

Um, can you pump them brakes? New York and Philly didn’t boo Krause. Ya’ll boo’d Krause. We ain’t got shit to do with the animosity toward Krause. Don’t fucking bring us into this shit. WTF.
