Adrian Wojnarowski just said this on NBA Today on ESPN.

In the full segment he said that the Atlanta Hawks are officially “ready” to trade Dejounte Murray. They’re ready to move on. They have engaged with multiple teams on potential trade packages for Murray.

He mentioned the Lakers as a suitor, but it’s still too early to tell since most teams haven’t started presenting their final offers yet.

Sad but makes sense. He was nothing but great to us so I wish him the best

I could go either way on trading dejounte, but I think it would be an awful move to trade dejounte without first trading hunter. I would love to see this team with an Sf who doesn’t get injured every year.

Give the team a chance with an average sf first or trade clint first. I just think it’s unwise to trade dejounte without moving the old pieces first.

He got better offensively and worse defensively since he’s been here.

He’s not a bad player at all, just not a fit with Trae. I hope they use him to get players to fit Snyders offense/defense.

Didn’t I just see another report of them saying they’re happy to keep him till the offseason? These trade rumors are getting to be too much. Wake me up when something happens.

It didn’t work out, but it really seems like DJM and the FO are handling this professionally. Despite the performance on the court, he’ll have my respect.

Remember to lift as you fly, Dejounte.

Man Travis schlenck is probably going to enjoy a beer this weekend and absolutely belly laugh at this tweet.

He warned the interns in our front office to not make this trade because of the amount of stuff we’d have to give up and salaries we’d let go of because of this trade.

Y’all should actually research our FO. It consists of Landry Fields, Korver, and Nick Ressler all which have a COMBINED experience of like 4 years in an NBA FO.

That’s equivalent of an intern coming into your company and 3 years later being the senior director of your department.

No wonder why we got fleeced. Plus fields was the spurs g league GM so he probably had a soft spot and was wearing rose colored shades when he made that stupid ass trade.

    Amateur front office man.

Time to retire my flair. I hate this. I hate that it didn’t work out, but damn if he just wasn’t a scheme fit whatsoever. Our biggest mistake of the past 15 years or so is not keeping Huerter.

  9. It’s so funny to me that we think DJM is the problem, when we have a crippled SF that couldn’t guard a soul.

He was never the best fit for Trae. I hope he does well wherever he ends up landing.
