Lonnie’s a solid player, not every one can play with Lebron though. When you play with Bron, you need to be able to make a 3 consistently and play defense. Lonnie was neither, he was a great attacker and finisher and that’s why not any player can thrive in a Lebron-centric system. If you let Lonnie come off the bench and jack up 15-20 shots I’m sure he’ll get you 20 points, but in the process you’ll get a lot of bad shots and you can’t have that with Bron and AD on the floor.

I really miss KCP, Caruso and having Dwight and Javale as anchors to AD’s defense. We felt like a complete team that filled in for each other’s weaknesses.
I still have faith in this squad. At the very least I think Austin can fill the Rondo role- not nearly as great a playmaker but a better threat on offense. Rui can be a larger KCP, theoretically.
