They’re going to have max cap space, so that’s 2 teams (Pacers can get there by declining Bruce and letting Buddy walk) that will have the space for Pascal if they so choose to do so.
If pistons get a top 3 pick and sign him to 8-10 million in first year

They would have 60 million in cap space, more than enough to sign Siakam and add another player
