In the days before +- was a thing, we were less concerned with individual metrics. Just looking at the standings was enough. It was about the team, not the name on the back of the jersey.
Rarely was it about singling out an individual and more so about what the team could do collectively to improve.

A few weeks back, Lebron had the highest with Ad not far behind. Because I was making a point about Reaves. Mind you at this point Reaves was coming off the bench. Now that he’s playing more with Davis and Lebron as a starter, getting over 30 minutes a game, we see even more his impact and it’s not a good one.
Reddish was also positive and gas dropped along with Prince. That wasn’t the case when Reaves was on the bench. I see an issue with Reaves, Reddish, prince lineups.
If you can’t see what this stat is revealing, then you’re not very bright.

+/- is a team stat, not individual stat, don’t matter what it’s put under. It shows what happened to the team when the player was on the floor, even if it is in no way the players fault. AD has the biggest impact and is still -28.. tells you all you need to know about using this stat individually.
