A gentle reminder to what AR has done in his short career with us. If you want him traded just because Ham has done nothing to utilize his strengths or cover his weaknesses, I guarantee you he will flourish with a better coach.

He’s so clutch in the playoffs. How can you trade a fan favorite after that performance on THAT cheap of a contract? Makes no sense

Most of the players that are probably going to be traded will absolutely flourish elsewhere

This can be said about every player in the team, all the players that fans want to trade. Dlo, wood, max, rui, prince.

Blaming Reaves is like blaming the porsche for not hitting 100 mph on the 101 during rush hour. Home grown talent, he’s one of our own, we keep him.

His hustle on defence is there, but I just wish he stops helping out on the driver, leaving his man wide open for the 3.

I’m really happy that Coach Popovich didn’t get AR. He’d be torching us with Wemby. He’s been clutch and amazing in the playoffs. He steps up when the lights get bright

He’s a rarity in that he scores difficult shots efficiently. He makes very quick decisions with the ball and he’s an intelligent player. He’s on a very team-friendly contract.

I just don’t see who you would trade him for that would be a significant needle mover. Lavine, no. Dejounte, hell no. Lauri Markkanen? He’s probably not even on the market since the Jazz’s resurgence and the Lakers don’t have enough assets to get him. Even if they did, subtracting AR and adding Lauri isn’t going to do much.

Unless we’re looking at a top 30 ish player, there’s no point in moving him.

I’ve never understood the hatred Laker fans have for the man. I hope he gets on a team that has a fan base who appreciates him.
