The tough thing about Trae is his size just makes him too easy to lock down if he has no help from the other players setting screens or getting open. If no one is hitting open 3s itās too easy to double team Trae and force him into risky plays.

Some dude in my section was losing his shit every time Wemby did anything. I like Wemby a lot and today showed some of what heās capable of. But if that dudes any indication of how things are going to go then Spurs fans are about to be real annoying.
It felt uncomfortable thinking that even though we were almost building to a 40-pt lead, it could potentially get close. Our offense just decided to take the holiday off during the second half.
The game was closer than it should’ve been considering the early lead. I would’ve much preferred the Spurs result of getting a loss but coming back strong towards the end and getting a moral victory. Hawks lost the tank war today.
So for us to win we have to first think weāre gonna get out teeth knocked in???

my favorite thing about Atlanta Hawks starting C Clint Capela is just how consistent he is. heās a double-double machine and never misses easy looks at the rim. iāll tell you what, the Atlanta Hawks front office is gonna have a tough time saying no to the trade offers theyāre bound to get for him.
