We looked terrible this game offensively, but at least our DEFRTG will look better!
… Better than expected season overall but man this slump is rough.

When OG hit those corner 3s in the 3rd it was joever.
We were 1 Ivey 3-pointer away from going 0-6 this trip. Insane.

Worst game of the season. Absolutely no one played well.
Embarrassing road trip, 1-5 and even our win against the worst team of the league was pure luck.
I know this team is young and developing but it looks like we regressed drastically.
This losing streak is concerning, hopefully they can turn things around and chase the .500

In a game where we couldnt shoot from 3 if the fate of the universe were on the line, it’s inexcusable that Jabari only got 2 3-pt attempts the entire game.

Same struggles continue; new team/lotta young boys. Yeah, elephant in the room is the same old guy, while waiting for good/pinpoint trades, rookies to develop more, and finally Tari to return as our hero boy :))
Worst offensive game from Sengun this season but I think he was still at an acceptable level. Once again the real reason this game was lost was the outside shooting discrepancy. I also did not like some of Jalen Green’s plays which killed all our momentum and shifted it to Knicks.

Might be my confirmation bias, but so many PnRs where the handler didn’t pass it to Sengun after he screens today. Sengun didn’t shoot so well, but our offense as a whole looks so much better (and more fun to watch) when he has the ball more and plays as the hub. It pains me to see him as just a screener. I get that you can’t just run the same play over and over again, but using Sengun as the hub still needs to be our go to move.
Our away record isn’t sustainable for play-in contention. The FO needs to wake up, simple as that.

Downvote me as you like, this round of rebuild is a failure. Thunder has our pick this season so we can’t tank for now. But I strongly suggest we tanking next season. But firstly, this dude STONE has to go. Grimes and Hartenstein are both good role players that he despised.
Magic, Pacer, Thunder started rebuilding same time as us and solidified themselves as playoff teams but we can’t. It sucks but at least we aren’t as horrible as the Pistons.
I can’t believe it’s Imes decision to continue to start Jalen every game. I know Stone is pushing it for whatever reason. Ime called Lebron a “soft ass boy”, what do you think he thinks about JG?

We are a well below average offensive team. That’s the obvious truth.
We have only two good offensive players on the roster – Sengun (very good) and FVV (solid). Ime doesn’t prioritize offensive execution in his tactics, pace, or rotational decisions.
It is what it is, and isn’t going to change quickly. Maybe next season one of our other young guys ascends, or Ime brings in a true offensive assistant, or we swing for an offensive star wing.
Ever since those three back to back games in California, things haven’t been that good
