    You CANNOT tell me that you have watched the Knicks match up against the hawks twice this season & still think Trae is better thn Brunson! That is WILD.

    Number one RJ is playing better because he’s at home when he feels comfortable and the other reason is that when he was playing with us he was playing out of his position. He is a 2 not a 3. This is why he was getting cooked by a lot of different teams because we’re asking him to do something that he’s not And when he gets hot, he reverse back to his rookie year it makes sense that him and OG was a good trait because we need an actual wing defender. now when it comes to IQ people forget that he wants 25 to 30,000,000 so we all knew it was coming that he’ll be traded. I just didn’t think it would be in the OG trade and it will be involved in a big superstar trade. Which I will not be surprised in the future that it comes out that IQ was Toronto’s main target and RJ was a consolation prize since he’s from the city. And I think it would show even more once IQ goes into restricted free agency and see if Toronto matches any other team that pays him what he wants

    Brunson is suppose to start, he's bttr then young at this point and Mitchell can't buy ah win against Brunson, Brunson has owned him from start to finish, Brunson is suppose to start in the Allstar game ! Bottomline

    One of my trade mockups I feel that we should do a three-way trade between Atlanta and Chicago where we end up getting Saddiq Bay and DeMar DeRozan. I’d rather do that than get Dejounte Murray because I feel that he’s going to mess up the chemistry of what we got going on and he’s better off playing PG on a team that needs a PG. So I guess Alayna will get Grimes and then Chicago I guess can get Clint Cappella. Us getting another wing defender in Saddiq Bay and a scoring guard in DeMar DeRozan can work and just in case it doesn’t work we have more value in our trades to get their superstar player in the next off-season or trade deadline 2025. And if you want Malcolm Brogdon to switch out Chicago with Portland , same process trade

    Ouchhhhhh. Worst take of the year. How you gonna come on KFTV and say Trae deserves to start over Brunson? Hawks are trash, and team record matters as much as anything else when coaches and players vote. Fan voting is a joke and so is Geoff. Brunson will most likely finish in top 10 MVP voting this year.

    I can’t watch this anymore 58:48 and the caller destroyed Hello Fresh Take Geoff, who thinks the Allstar game isn’t a YEAR TO YEAR ACCOLADE… SMH. Brunson is having a flat out better season advanced stats and otherwise, and his team is winning. That take of his is borderline amateurish. And to show you I’m objective and not hating on a fellow fan, I totally agree with him that Dejonte Murray still keeps us ultimately in the pretender contender category. Dude needs to chill with the OD left field contrarian Knicks takes. I’ll catch the next episode yo. Peace

    JB actually plays defense, rebounds and does not disappear when his teams needs him unlike Tre Young who if his 3pt shot is not falling he is just an ordinary PG who cannot play D at all
    Tre is also a hotdog and stats hound NOT a leader
    Leadership is something that only Lebron or Butler has over JB.
    JB is a PG, Spider isn't, there no comparison to Spider who is a shooting Guard. Spider does rebound and play defense, but he has been known to disappear in the playoffs. Both at Utah and Cleveland, where JB has beaten him twice, so I think JB has an edge over Spider. JB is clearly better then a declining Dame his real competition at PG. Dame's defense is worse then JB
    Halliburton should be the starting PG, JB his backup PG. Halliburton should had been
    a Knick instead that one trick pony Obi that the idiotic Knicks drafted.
    Tyrese Maxey, Desmond Bane, Devin Vassell, (who I wanted) was also available What did we need that year? PGs and Shooting Guards!!!

    Except for IQ all of Knicks draft picks have been average at best and bums, since Patrick Ewing and he was the easiest pick in the history of the Draft.
    We could have had Garland or Coby White PGs instead of RJ or Herro at RJ's position of SG at least he can shoot consistently well , defense just as good as RJ. Or even Keldon Johnson a defense stud and almost as good on offense as RJ Lets not forget the knicks also passed over Cameron Johnson. Clearly trading down should have done when faced with non shooting and no Defense RJ who displayed his lack of skills in his 1 unsuccessful year at Duke, where he, Zion, etc.. and other highly talented players should have won a National championship but failed because none of them developed their respective games. They won using Zion and Rj to a less degree muscling of weaker college players, which they could NOT do consistently in the NBA especially Rj who is actually slow for a player of his size and age.

    We could have had Jalen McDaniels or Terance Mann instead of the human statue Ignas Brazdeikis the knicks did draft in the second round of that year. Leon Rose should have been fired after so many horrible drafts.

    I wish people come to the realization that Grimes is a role/backup player, like Durant said he can't dribble . He is NOT athletic. His defense is more effort then actual ability. He regularly gets beat off the the dribble, Not Fournier beaten, his kind of defense can be replicated by a NY Subway station turnstile, but Donte has been a improvement both on defense and 3 point shooting.

    What Geoff doesn't understand is that if you take Brunson off the Knicks and replace him with Trae Young, the Knicks get WORSE while the Hawks get BETTER. Why? Defense alone. Trae Young makes no effort, we'd be getting blown out. No charges drawn, nobody fighting over screams, no effort at all. And that's before even getting to leadership and other intangibles that Brunson gives you…like not chucking a 40pt three when you're down 18pts. Fighting till the end. Wild take.
