Dillon Brooks on guarding Tatum: “Pressure him. Play physical. And no open 3s, he can get hot very quickly. Just make him play all 2s. If you want to shade him somewhere, shade him left. He always wants to pull up, doesn’t go all the way to the rim.”

    > He always wants to pull up

*The worst person you know just made a great point.*

Not wrong. Tatum settles far too often, partially because he doesn’t think he will consistently get the calls at the rim. He is mental about the officials, and rightfully so.

this crazy this the prefect description of him Udoka prob told him that tho

  4. Brooks is right. Overly physical teams always gets to Tatum.

He may be an asshole but he’s a professional baller and every bit of that is true lmao

Here’s some things he could do to improve
    – add muscle
    – stop complaining about the refs
    – balance his moves to the left/ right better
    – go to the rim more

    Or just
    – pass more

  7. Dillon sure made life hell for JT (and JB). While scoring 20+ himself.

I’m gonna be downvoted for this but I would love to have him in Boston even while he was in Memphis. They say he’s a distraction, I say he deflects pressure from his teammates… like Mahcus
