[Winderman] The Miami Heat appear to be moving toward an end game with Kyle Lowry in the wake of his shift to a reserve role the past two games. Resolution with the veteran point guard is not only expected by the Feb. 8 NBA trading deadline, but potentially could come as early as this week.

Maybe he has enough left in the tank to be a member of the Shanghai Sharks

Sounds like a mistake. Lowry has another gear for the playoffs.

  3. pskill43

We’d happy to have him back on a vet min after whatever team bought him out

  4. twovles31

Does anyone want him even with a first round pick attached?

    Unfortunately Ira doesn’t know shit

  6. Lowry on the Hornets is going to be a very weird sight

    Thibs would love him

  9. Turk0luu

Send him to Detroit or cut him. Fuck Kyle Lowry

To Phoenix in a buyout?? I know he’s washed, but could be helpful for them in the playoffs. I really think they’re missing some traditional pg play at times.

We are just going to straight buy him out with no return aren’t we?

  12. Still remember they said Philly was crazy for not giving up Maxey for him

Dennis Schroder could help the Heat a lot. Great contract. I wonder could we send him out to Miami with Boucher for Lowry (buy out), Jovic and Miami’s protected pick

Lowry + Pick(s) for Brogdan + Moses Brown (Filler)? Biggest concern for moving on from Brogdan in Portland is losing veteran leadership for our young guys. Lowry fits the bill and won’t deserve the minutes we need to give Brogdan.

  15. this week? LETS GOOOOOOOO. unretire dragic pls

    Philly (hometown)

    Raptors (second home)

    Knicks (Nova)

  17. Give him to us! We’ll take your problems for picks and he gets to retire a Raptor.

  18. RoastDaMostToast

This is a weird way to word that he’s getting traded

Kyle, Jovic, future first for Bruce Brown?

  20. volantredx

Attach Robinson and a pick or two and they could get Lavine.

  21. BoujeeAdam

Whatever happens, he’s getting a buy out & phoenix signs him IMO

Kyle for Schroeder and Boucher works money-wise.

I think Heat would have to throw another bone the Raptors way. Not sure what it would be.

  23. Please no 🙏🙏🙏 i want him and Jimmy until 40 years old. Maybe they can even get PJ Tucker from the Clippers to form the Heat seniors.

Remember when reddit blasted the Sixers for not trading Maxey / Thybulle for Lowry? “He is the missing championship piece”

  25. EngleTheBert

Bruce Brown for Lowry + 2027 1st + cash considerations?

Golden State Warriors will definitely try to get up in some multi-team shenanigans. Chris Paul is on a 30M expiring contract. There is a team option for next year as well. So the Warriors could ship him at this deadline, or take his option and shop him as an expiring contract for next season.
