He has had a great resurgence but as far as the street clothes shit he kinda earned his reputation over the yrs of being an inconsistent injury prone player. After the ring the next 2 yrs weren’t good and disappointing by the standards he was held too and clearly didn’t look the same as a player even last yr he had his ups and down. To act like it wasn’t fair for people to be frustrated is wrong.
But AD has been nice this season’s best season since the championship year.

If the Lakers can make it to 6th seed somehow, I think AD will get DPOY and the street clothes narrative will be put to rest.

I love Barkley but AD has a chip and is a better player – who cares? Chuck is a professional hater, he’s that old guy in the barber shop who stubbornly refuses to accept things like dunks, 3 pointers and celebrations after TDs.

Has anyone else noticed that he no longer falls down all the time? The past two seasons he was just always tumbling to the ground, but now it’s very rare. I wonder if the cross-training he did in the summer somehow keeps him on his feet now.
