Almost had me tearing up seeing Roco and Joel with Brett Brown… man, he wasn’t the best ever head coach but damn he was a very solid and collected dude who led us through some of the darkest times in Sixers franchise history. Most overhated coach in our tenure, wasn’t perfect as an x’s and o’s but was one hell of a motivator, genuinely did his best with that awful 2020 team and would probably still be our coach now if we had signed Jimmy Butler, always will appreciate what he’s done for Joel and what he tried to do with Ben

Brett’s a good dude. I know some on here question his abilities etc but I can tell you in Aust, he was very well regarded. I’m not just talking in a basketball sense, I mean the people he interacted with outside of the game. He made mistakes but he also got fuck all support, from Sam not engaging publicly, to the idiot Colangelos, the owners pretending to be GMs and a fucking PG who refused to shoot and another who forgot how.
