I’m fine to wait as long as he gets fired.

This ain’t news Ham has cost us most of our loses with his incompetent coaching and his bizarre starting lineups and rotations.

It’s the lack of accountability for me. Not running organized sets? Sit your ass down.
With injuries to key role players, not all rotations are going to make much sense. But aside from our big 2, all other players have glaring weaknesses that are not easy to cover up.

Let’s go all the way back to the beginning. This is something I thought about a while back.
Why did the Lakers think hiring a brand new head coach, in his first head coaching job, was a good idea at all?
We have been in “win now” mode. We have LeBron for a few more seasons. He may stick around next year, but I doubt he will be able to play at the level he’s playing right now. It might be too late.
Ham was a completely unproven head coach. Hiring him was, frankly, a very very poor decision that seems contradictory to the “win now” situation they find themselves in. You needed someone proven.
Firing him right now doesn’t help. Firing him in the off-season may not help. The window may actually be closed for LeBron after this season. It was a very very poor decision by the Lakers’ organization.

Not a fan of Sean Davis or his analysis. Comes across as bush league, especially on a channel as big as Lakers Nation. Dude seems to me to be emotional and unprofessional at times. Not a fan of him on content.
As for the video on hand, I think Ham should be judged by a full 82 game season. We will see how this season shakes out. It’s easy to fire a guy and pay him for three more years when it’s not your money.

Sean Davis used to defend Ham too especially during the offseason and beginning of the season

I dont understand one simple thing. How come the staff around Ham cannot advice or guide him a bit and just let him know what hes doing wrong? Why cannot Phil Handy get up and help him a bit with rotations or when to take time outs? Does it mean our supporting staff around Ham is equally bad?

Would you trust LeBron to player coach?

Lmfao I remember these clowns were so HIGH on Ham because a picture came out of squares taped on the court showing where players to go… I couldn’t believe how good they thought he was 😂😂😂😂😂
