National media rule #1. When the knicks are brought up you must say something negative.

  2. Does the media that gets paid to talk about sports actually watch said sport ? I feel like most times the answer is no

  3. baddumbtsss

This is so stupid. Brunson was literally the best player in the series, how is she gonna say he wasn’t good? If TNT is paying her to say this bullshit, they can just hire me 🤷‍♂️.

  4. TheSasukeDive

You can always tell who doesn’t really watch a team

  5. retrohan7

national talking heads are so shameless because they clearly have no idea what the fuck they’re talking about

  6. Pogtonium_miner

Just add it to mountain of clips that show 90% of media people don’t actually watch the teams/players that they are being paid to talk about

  7. FuckThatIKeepsItReal

He was the only dude who showed up for that entire series

  8. saltyalertt

Wow Candace and Becky are clowns
    Get Monica mcnutt in here

  9. HardOakleyFoul

Candace you finer than a muhfucka but what in thee blue fuck are you talking about?? 👎👎

  10. Possible-Reality4100

You can always tell when people that talk sports but don’t actually watch the games.

31/6/6 on 50/35/89 shooting splits too. I could see the argument if he was EXTREMELY inefficient to get to 31 ppg but that’s really solid efficiency. Obviously 3P% was slacking a tiny bit but nothing to complain about. These people just don’t watch the Knicks.

When did “journalism” become so lazy? It’s not like this info is hard to find.

  13. HokageEzio

This is an all time horrible take. Spoelstra even said after the series their double teams weren’t doing shit lol.

  14. excuse me, brunson was basically the only option.

  15. Was this before or after she mixed up Cam Thomas and Cam Johnson?

  16. Ishtastic08

Who cares? Losers focus on winners, winners focus on winning.

  17. LetsGetSomeChickenn

I hate when they have these people doing the halftime show on tnt instead of chuck kenny and earnie with shaq nothing against crawford but damn these subs are awful not different from espn when they host it along shaq

The only quality analyst on ESPN is Monica McNutt. The only quality commentator left is Mike Breen. I love Hubie Brown, but the man finally crossed the rubicon of old.

First game all season not on MSG+

Already fuckin pissed I had to listen to the morons in the TNT booth (minus J Crossover, only intelligent person up there)

All due respect to Candace Parker as a player and she’s fine enough as an in game analyst but my God this is a dogshit take

  22. omicron_prime

Brunson almost singlehandedly forced a game 7 that the media darling Heat were not winning, but sure, he just doesn’t measure up. Candace Parker is just trying to spice up that milquetoast show with Knick hot takes. When Ernie and the boys retire that show is done.

Ask Heat fans what they thought of Jalen Brunson after that series.
