I was all about trading Mitchell earlier on when the team was in flux, but there is not a chance in hell now (until the offseason if he doesn’t extend at least). Only teams that have the combination of young talent and picks to land Mitchell would be OKC, UTA, or HOU.
Lakers do not have anything close to acquire a star player, in their prime and will most likely settle on a player like Murray or Lavine.

The Lakers really are the Yankees of the NBA. They just believe they are entitled to every star player in the league and teams are just going to hand them over.

Obviously this is bullshit, at least the idea that we’re moving Donovan (I won’t speak for other teams). However I would like 3 conditional 1sts and 3 swaps with the Lakers. The condition is I want the first of these picks to be in the first year LeBron is no longer a Laker and then picks and swaps alternate each of the following five years.
