Don’t think people realize the amount of time you spend with assistant coach’s…on flights going over film…warming up…shooting around…practice…games…offseason work…preseason work…

This is why I don’t want any trades. I want these guys to be able to grieve together, to be there for each other, and to get through it as best they can together. It’s bigger than wins and losses.

And keeping in mind he had the heart attack at a team dinner… I’ve lost people I loved suddenly, but never saw anything like this, and your heart has to go out to them.
