Coaching wasn’t the problem tonight. He made good challenges, closed with the guys who deserved to close, and called good timeouts. Guys fought hard and came back in the fourth.

    We move on

  2. wutasilos

WHY ARE WE FUCKING TRASH ON FREE THROWS WHEN THEY NEED TO MATTER ALL SEASON

  3. riprumblejohnson

That’s bridges as a player in a nutshell šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø Minn wanted to lose that one

  4. SensibleHumanBeing

Bro of fucking course the refs decide to call that lane vio for the first time ever when we’re doing it

Every single intentionally missed freethrow highlight the shooter crosses the line

  5. A_Polite_Noise

Rough. Almost. But almost doesn’t cut it. Be well everyone, I’ll see y’all next time!

  6. Woodstatrey

I’m so tired of this team. I care and I like them but it sucks

  7. Throwaway-j-1997

Holding a team like Minnesota to under 100 and still losing is just fucking tough, but not unsurprising for this team. Did like JV’s 4th quarter lineup this time though

  8. longPAAS

we had so many opportunities to tie the game. shots didn’t fall, Minnesota defense is good.

But we improved from “choke job” status. This is what the bottom looks like? Ben Simmons feel-good win streak coming

  9. extendobans_

Cam Thomas highest in +- for us tonight. I believed comeback was real, and it’s ironic that it was kinda botched by Bridges

  10. Mikal sold but mostly the whole team bricked a bunch of wide open 3s today

Feel like the Nets are the perfect metaphor for my life this season. Hovering around 500 and now just cratering

  13. ughwhateverman

The team ā€œbattledā€. Shoutout to the kids at Barclays who were loud but whose team once again disappointed.

Mikal misses another free throw. This team misses a closer badly. Clax made a mid ranger. I want more jumpers from him. The team is probably going to lose anyway, why not develop?

Another game closer to the deadline!

at least the defense was good tonight getting ben simmons back would be the difference in this game if the reports are accurate and he might come back for the jazz that would be awesome. additionally if the price is right get murray and dump spencer since this man dont wanna be here no more like he has been on strike and wont risk hurting himself since he seems to know he will playing elsewhere after the deadline

  15. wutasilos

On the bright side there was a noticeable difference with the rotation with Johnson out at the end of the 4th and the coaching just hope it’s more consistent ongoing

  16. TheMoorNextDoor

The Wolves literally tried giving the game to us.

Ant missed his last 7 shots.

Timberwolves gave us a foul to tie.

  17. CarisLeVertsBurner

Dinwiddie missed close shot in the clutch. Mikal missed free throw to tie (not putting the loss all on him though). This roster sucks. This season started out fun and got so much worse than I could’ve imagined. At least Cam got almost 30 minutes.

  18. TheMoorNextDoor

Anthony Edwards locked Bridges up on that second to last play. Dude was 99 2K level defense on Bridges right there.

  19. Che_Veni

Somehow this team finds a way to lose these crazy close games. We’re always on the losing end of these <5 point margin final scores. Crazy frustrating this season.

  20. JurgenFlippers

Just wanted to say btw for people saying Mikal is not clutch cause he missed free throws. Ant did this the other day and you’d never say the same about him. Also Mikal is 3rd in the NBA in clutch scoring. So take that crap narrative out of here. But ya he gotta make those.

  21. Our most clutch player missed both FTs for the loss, these recent losses have been brutal. I was a fan of the closing lineup and the plays made in the 4th, but that small ball lineup at the end of the 2nd half killed our chances. We’ve been playing competitive against every team in this recent stretch, we just don’t have the guy to take us over that hump in the 4th. Lets win the next game
